Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the sci-fi action adventure Transformers: Rise of the Beasts directed by Steven Caple Jr. and starring Anthony Ramos, Dominique Fishback, Peter Dinklage, Luna Lauren Velez, Peter Cullen, Tobe Nwigwe, Michelle Yeoh, Ron Perlman, Colman Domingo and Pete Davidson. The film’s original score is composed by Jongnic Bontemps (4400, United Skates, Wedding Season) and produced by Steve Jablonsky (Transformers, The Island). Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring Bontemps’ score today (click here for the full album details). Opening in select theaters and on VOD today is the biographical drama Dalíland directed by Mary Harron and starring Ben Kingsley, Barbara Sukowa, Christopher Briney, Rupert Graves, Ezra Miller, Andreja Pejic, Alexander Beyer and Suki Waterhouse. Edmund Butt (Bancroft, Life on Mars, Finding Alice, Ashes to Ashes, Origin, Mistress) has composed the film’s original music. The film is written and directed by David Duchovny (who previously helmed the 2004 feature House of D) and stars Duchovny himself, Logan Marshall-Green, Stephanie Beatriz, Evan Handler, Jason Beghe, Pamela Adlon and Daphne Rubin-Vega. Netflix Music has released a new soundtrack album for the streamer’s original animated series Human Resources. The album features seven original songs from the Big Mouth spin-off’s second season composed by Mark Rivers (Parks and Recreation, Lucky Louie, Human Giant) and performed by voice cast members Keke Palmer, Nick Kroll, Rosie Perez, Niecy Nash, Franny London and Rivers himself.
