The full details of the soundtrack album for the Netflix original animated film Steps have been revealed. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award nominee Kris Bowers (The Wild Robot, Bridgerton, Green Book, Spider-Noir, GOAT, Haunted Mansion, Hexed, The Color Purple, Space Jam: A New Legacy, Dear White People). Also included are the movie’s original songs written and produced by Justin Tranter and performed by Jennie, Emei, Rose Gray, as well as Amanda Seyfried (who also stars the voice of Cinderella). The soundtrack will be released digitally on November 20 by Netflix Music and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. As previously reported, a first song (Someone to Hold performed by Jennie) has already been released as a digital single today. Steps iss directed by Alyce Tzue & John Ripa and also stars Ali Wong, Stephanie Hsu, Daniel Radcliffe, Young Mazino, Nikki Glaser, Peter Dinklage and Bette Midler. The animated comedy follows Cinderella’s “evil” stepsister Lilith who steals the Fairy Godmother’s wand and shatters the story as we know it.

Netflix Music will release a new soundtrack album for the streamer’s British original series Black Doves. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s second season composed by Ian Arber (Medici, The Capture, Red Eye, The Chelsea Detective, Drops of God, My Name Is Lenny, The Stranger in Our Bed) and Emmy Award nominee Martin Phipps (The Crown, Napoleon, Woman in Gold, Victoria, War & Peace, Peaky Blinders, The Honourable Woman, The Aftermath). The movie is directed by Oriol Paulo and stars Eduard Fernández, Mario Casas, Blanca Suárez, Nicolás Francella, Alexandra Jiménez, lanca Parés, Marta Bayarri, Javier Beltrán and Ana Wagener. The thriller tells the story of a man who walks into a police station with a confession, but soon reveals a larger scheme that sets off a twisted game connected to an impossible murder.
