Milan Records has released a new soundtrack album for the ITV drama Professor T. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third and fourth seasons composed by Hannes De Maeyer (Gangsta, Winter, The Couple Next Door, Torpedo, Noise, Patience, The Racer, This Is Not a Murder Mystery, Rafaël, Black). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon or any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first two tracks after the jump. The label has previously released an album featuring De Maeyer’s score from Season 2 back in 2023, while Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack featuring his music from Season 1 in 2021. Professor T is developed by Matt Baker & Malin-Sarah Gozin based on the Belgian series of the same name and stars Ben Miller, Emma Naomi, Frances de la Tour, Sarah Woodward, Barney White, Andy Gathergood, Juliet Aubrey, Sunetra Sarker, Rhian Blundell, Juliet Stevenson and Zoë Wanamaker.

‘Winter’ Soundtrack Album Released
Silva Screen Records has released a soundtrack album for the ITV drama Winter. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Hannes De Maeyer (Gangsta, Professor T, The Couple Next Door, This Is Not a Murder Mystery, Torpedo). Also included are five original songs by Charline D’Hoore. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Winter is developed by David Allison & Mark Greig based on the French series Balthazar and stars Richard Armitage, Annabel Scholey and Jamie Kenna. The Eagle Eye Drama production directed by Dries Vos & Kaat Beels is against the atmospheric backdrop of Bristol and follows an unconventional forensic pathologist whose brilliance, sharp intellect and rule-breaking approach helps the police solve some of the most complex murder cases.

Premiering tonight is the British HBO original series Youth created by Sharon Horgan and starring Horgan herself, Rupert Friend, Sharlene Whyte, Aran Murphy and Robbie Gee. The show’s original score is composed by Jeff Cardoni (Silicon Valley, Ghosts, Mike and Dave Need Wedding Dates, The Kominsky Method, Ransom Canyon, CSI :Miami, White House Plumbers, Heels, Just Friends). Also premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British TV series Trespasses developed by Ailbhe Keogan based on Louise Kennedy’s debut novel and starring Lola Petticrew, Tom Cullen, Gillian Anderson, Emily Taaffe, Martin McCann, Oisín Thompson and Barry Wad. David Holmes (Ocean’s Eleven, Black Bag, Out of Sight, Killing Eve, Haywire, Logan Lucky, Analyze That) & Brian Irvine (The Apprentice, Ordinary Love) have composed the show’s original music. Dream Drama has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score this past July. Murray Gold Scoring PBS Masterpiece’s & BBC’s ‘Marble Hall Murders’
Murray Gold (Doctor Who, Gentleman Jack, Torchwood, Dead Ringers, A Very English Scandal, It’s a Sin, Quiz) is returning to score the new PBS Masterpiece/BBC drama Marble Hall Murders. The sequel to 2022’s Magpie Murders & 2024’s Moonflower Murders (scored by Gold) is written by Anthony Horowitz (Alex Rider, New Blood) based on his own bestselling novel of the same title and stars Lesley Manville & Timothy McMullan who reprise their roles of Susan Ryeland & Atticus Pünd from the original series, as well as Jamie Blackley, Mark Bonnar, Daniel Cerqueira, Patricia Hodge, Rupert Penry-Jones, Harry Lloyd, Anneika Rose, Danny Sapani and Zubin Varla.
‘Grantchester’ Seasons 3-11 Soundtrack Album Released
Dubois Records has released a new soundtrack album for the ITV drama Grantchester. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth, tenth and eleventh (and final) season composed by Emmy Award winner John Lunn (Downton Abbey, The Last Kingdom, The White Queen, Jamestown, The White Princess, Belgravia). Silva Screen Records has previously released an album featuring Lunn’s music from the first two seasons back in 2014. Soundtrack Album for BBC’s ‘Evolution’ Announced
Silva Screen Records will release a soundtrack album for the BBC nature documentary series Evolution. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Paul Saunderson (Love at First Sight, Trying, Fight or Flight, Three Identical Strangers, Human, Earth, The More You Ignore Me, Picture This,The Grand Duke of Corsica). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, July 24 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A first track (Evolution Suite) has already been released as a digital single last Friday and can also be checked out after the jump. Evolution is hosted by Chris Packham and tells the extraordinary story of how life on Earth has changed over more than four billion years. The 5-parter follows the naturalist as he explores the pivotal evolutionary breakthroughs that shaped every living thing alive today, using cutting‑edge science and immersive visual effects.

Jongnic Bontemps Scoring PBS’ ‘Crime and Punishment in America’
Composer Jongnic Bontemps (Transformers: Rise of the Beasts, Redfall, Boots, My Name Is Pauli Murray, The Gates, 4400, Madea’s Destination Wedding, Wedding Season, United Skates, World’s Best) is reuniting with director Lynn Novick (The Vietnam War, Hemingway) on the upcoming PBS documentary Crime and Punishment in America. The show is directed by Novick, narrated by Keith David and explores the history of criminal justice in America – from the pre-colonial period to 21st century mass incarceration. The 4-part/8-hour series features the voices of Samuel L. Jackson, Laura Linney, Matthew Rhys, Bobby Cannavale, Michael Stuhlbarg, David Hyde Pierce & BD Wong and offers a comprehensive examination of how the intertwined forces of law, power, race, and class have both shaped and reflected the American experience over four centuries.

Premiering tomorrow, March 30 is the PBS documentary Henry David Thoreau directed by Erik Ewers & Christopher Loren Ewers, executive produced by Ken Burns & Don Henley, narrated by George Clooney and featuring the voices of Jeff Goldblum, Meryl Streep, Ted Danson and Tate Donovan. The 2-part film’s original music is composed by David Cieri (The Vietnam War, Hemingway, Oklahoma City, The Roosevelts: An Intimate History). Ropeadope will release a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score tomorrow.
