Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow, October 12, is the Belgian limited series This Is Not a Murder Mystery directed by Hans Herbots and starring Pierre Gervais, Lauren Versnick, Jonathan Delaney Tynan,Frank Bourke, Florence Hall, Iñaki Mur, Mike Hoffmann and Regina Bikkinina. Justine Bourgeus (Squeal, Leef, Godvergeten) & Hannes De Maeyer (Professor T, Torpedo, Winter, The Couple Next Door, Gangsta, Rebel, Noise, Patience) have composed the show’s original music. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score this past March. The show is created by Robert Murphy inspired by Robert Louis Stevenson’s 18th Century epic and stars David Oyelowo, Hayley Atwell, Jack Huston, Tom Sweet and Tomer Capone. The 6-part drama follows a young Jim Hawkins and his mother who come into possession of a legendary pirate’s treasure map and are drawn into a deadly voyage across the Atlantic, where Jim is forced to navigate mutiny, violence and betrayal.

Dream Drama has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score this past July. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award nominee Robert Duncan (The Night Agent, Castle, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, S.W.A.T., The Unit, Last Resort, Terriers, Timeless, Missing, Lie to Me, The Equalizer). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 20 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. American Hostage is created by Shawn Ryan & Eileen Myers based on the first season of the podcast of the same title and stars Jon Hamm, Giovanni Ribisi, Kristoffer Polaha, Mireille Enos, William Jackson Harper, Jonathan Tucker and Kat Cunning. The 8-part psychological thriller inspired by true events is set in the 1970s and tells the story of a radio reporter thrust into the middle of a life-or-death crisis when a hostage-taker demands to be interviewed live on his radio program.
