Netflix Music will release a new soundtrack album for the streamer’s original series The Diplomat. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s fourth season composed by Emmy Award nominee Marcelo Zarvos (The Equalizer 3, Fences, Kpop Demon Hunters,May December, Wonder, The Affair, Emancipation, The Good Shepherd, Ray Donovan). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, October 15 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s first two tracks below. The label has previously released albums featuring the composer’s score from Season 2 & Season 3 over the last two years. The Diplomat is created by Debora Cahn and stars Keri Russell, Rufus Sewell, Ato Essandoh, Ali Ahn, Rory Kinnear, Nana Mensah, Bradley Whitford, as well as Allison Janney who recently received an Emmy Award for her work on the third season.

Marcelo Zarvos Scoring Starz’s ‘S.W.A.T. Exiles’
Marcelo Zarvos (Fences, Kpop Demon Hunters, Wonder, May December, Emancipation, The Good Shepherd, The Affair, Nonnas, Ray Donovan) is scoring the new Starz original series S.W.A.T. Exiles. The spinoff of the CBS drama S.W.A.T. (which was scored by Robert Duncan and ran between 2017 and 2025) stars Shemar Moore who reprises his role as LAPD S.W.A.T. Sergeant Daniel “Hondo” Harrelson and follows the character following a botched raid ends in the death of a young operator as he is being offered one last shot at redemption art up a brand-new S.W.A.T. unit, built from LA’s most talented rejects. He is joined by Patrick St. Esprit, Lucy Barrett, Freddy Miyares, Zyra Gorecki, Ronen Rubinstein and Adain Bradley.

The film is written and directed by Marissa Chibás and stars Yul Vazquez, Cheryl Umaña, José Zúñiga, Bryanna Marie Felipe, Sienna Oquendo, Krizia Bajos, Orlando Pinedala, Kelvin Han Yee, Aixa Clemente, Yareli Arizmendi, Adam Peltier, Paige McGhee, Damian Darnell Lewis, Gia Ochsenbein and Gary Guerrier. The movie revolves around a Cuban exile faces the onslaught of a defiant daughter, a rogue hamster, a charismatic and provocative novelist friend, and her worst fears of losing hope and never returning to her homeland at her New Year’s Eve party in 1972.
Marcelo Zarvos Scoring Antoine Fuqua’s ‘Troublemaker’
Composer Marcelo Zarvos (Fences, Kpop Demon Hunters, Wonder, May December, Emancipation, The Good Shepherd, The Affair, Nonnas, Ray Donovan) is reteaming with director Antoine Fuqua (Training Day, The Equalizer) on the upcoming documentary Troublemaker. The film is produced and directed by Fuqua and centers on the struggle against apartheid as recounted through Nelson Mandela’s own voice, drawn from recordings he made while writing his autobiography Long Walk to Freedom. In addition to Mandela’s spoken word, the movie also features anti-apartheid activist Mac Maharajaharaj’s testimony, archival footage, and animation by Thabang Lehobye.
