Colin Stetson (Hereditary, The Menu, Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen, Color Out of Space, The First, Uzumaki, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Hold Your Breath) has provided the original score for the upcoming action comedy Mayday. The film is written and directed by John Francis Daley & Jonathan Goldstein (Game Night, Dungeons & Dragons: Honor Among Thieves) and stars Ryan Reynolds, Kenneth Branagh, Marcin Dorocinski, David Morse and Maria Bakalova. The movie follows a U.S. Navy pilot who is sent on a top-secret mission into Russian territory at the height of the Cold War, when he gets stranded behind enemy lines and discovered by a gruff ex-KGB agent with a penchant for American culture. Daley & Goldstein are also producing the Skydance Media production with David Ellison, Dana Goldberg & Don Granger (Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation, Jack Reacher), as well as Maximum Effort’s Ashley Fox (Promising Young Woman, The People We Hate at the Wedding) and Johnny Pariseau (John Candy: I Like Me). Mayday will premiere on September 4, 2026 exclusively on Apple TV.
