Hippocampus has released a soundtrack album for the documentary The Snow Wolf: A Winter’s Tale. The album is being released under title She Wolf and features the film’s original music composed and performed by Rob (aka Robin Coudert) (Maniac, Revenge, Troy: Fall of a City, Horns, Amityville: The Awakening). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. The Snow Wolf is directed by Frederic Fougea, narrated by Emilia Fox and follows a she-wolf as she must flee her pack and embark on a journey through the Alps in search of a new territory and a new life.

‘The Bureau’ Season 4 Soundtrack Released
Hippocampus has released a new soundtrack album for the French TV series The Bureau (Le Bureau des Légendes). The album features selections of the original music from the show’s fourth season composed by Rob (aka Robin Coudert) (Maniac, Horns, Troy: Fall of a City, Revenge, Planetarium). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples and check out the track list. The composer’s score from the first three seasons has previously been released on two digital albums and a CD version from Music Box Records. The Bureau is created by Eric Rochant and stars Mathieu Kassovitz, Jean-Pierre Darroussin, Lea Drucker, Sara Giraudeau and Florence Loiret Caille.
Rob Scoring Ho Wi Ding’s ‘Cities of Last Things’
Rob (aka Robin Coudert) (Maniac, Horns, Troy: Fall of a City, Revenge, Plantarium) has composed the music for the upcoming sci-fi drama Cities of Last Things. The film is written and directed by Ho Wi Ding and stars Jack Kao, Li Hong-Chi, Louise Grinber, Ding Ning, Stone, Huang Lu, Liu Rui-Chi, Hsin Yin, Liu Juei-Chi and Shin Yin. The movie is told in reverse-chronological order and follows a depressed, ex-police officer pining for a lost love and fighting with his unfaithful wife about their long-soured relationship.

Two new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the comedy Life of the Party directed by Ben Falcone and starring Melissa McCarthy, Gillian Jacobs, Maya Rudolph, Julie Bowen, Matt Walsh, Molly Gordon, Stephen Root and Jacki Weaver. The film’s original score is composed by Fil Eisler (Empire, Revenge, How to Be Single, CHiPs). Varese Sarabande has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music, as well as songs by Meghan Trainor, Blind Scuba Divers, Chick Norris, Cyndi Lauper & more. Also opening wide is the thriller Breaking In directed by James McTeigue and starring Gabrielle Union, Billy Burke, Richard Cabral, Seth Karr, Ajiona Alexus, Levi Meaden, Jason George and Christa Miller. Johnny Klimek (Cloud Atlas, Run Lola Run, One Hour Photo, Sense8, The International) has composed the film’s original score. Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the music by Klimek and additional music composer Gabriel Mounsey and a song by James Earl Jones II. Weekly TV Music Roundup (April 1, 2018)
Premiering in the U.S. today is the BBC movie The Child in Time directed by Julian Farino and starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Kelly Macdonald, Stephen Campbell Moore and Saskia Reeves. The film’s original music is composed by Adrian Johnston (Becoming Jane, Brideshead Revisited, The Strangers: Prey at Night, Kinky Boots). Also premiering tonight is the NBC television event Jesus Christ Superstar Live in Concert executive produced by Webber, Rice, Marc Platt, Craig Zadan & Neil Meron. Sony Masterworks Broadway will release a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the TV special written by Andrew Llyod Webber and Tim Rice and performed by John Legend, Alice Cooper, Sara Bareilles and other cast members this coming Friday. Soundtrack Album for Netflix/BBC Series ‘Troy: Fall of a City’ to Be Released
Sony Classical will release the official soundtrack album for the BBC and Netflix mini-series Troy: Fall of a City. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Rob (aka Robin Coudert) (Maniac, Horns, Populaire, Every Secret Thing, Amityville: The Awakening). The soundtrack will be released digitally on March 16, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A CD version is coming out overseas a few weeks later and will be available to order as an import here. Troy: Fall of a City is created by David Farr (The Night Manager, Hanna) and stars Louis Hunter, Hakeem Kae-Kazim, Christian Schoombie, David Gysai, David Threlfall, Lex King, Bella Dayne and Frances O’Connor.
‘Revenge’ Soundtrack Announced
Music Box Records has announced a soundtrack album for the French thriller Revenge. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rob (Horns, Maniac, Amityville: The Awakening, Planetarium, Populaire). The soundtrack will be released physically on February 12, 2018. Visit the label’s official website or Amazon to order the CD version. A digital version will be released by Hippocampus and a vinyl version is also in the works. Revenge is written and directed by Coralie Fargeat and stars Matilda Lutz and Kevin Janssens. The movie revolves around a woman seeking revenge after being abused by three men and left for dead in the desert.
Rob to Score Netflix’s & BBC’s ‘Troy: Fall of a City’
Rob (aka Robin Coudert) has been hired to score the upcoming Netflix and BBC mini-series Troy: Fall of a City. The show is created by David Farr (The Night Manager, Hanna) and stars Louis Hunter, Hakeem Kae-Kazim, Christian Schoombie, David Gysai, Lex King, Bella Dayne, David Threlfall and Frances O’Connor. The 8-parter retells the story of the 10 year old siege of Troy and focuses on the story’s origins: the judgement of Paris, his scandalous love affair with Helen and and the ill-starred prophecy surrounding his birth.

Expected to top the weekend box office is the horror thriller Jigsaw directed by Peter & Michael Spierig and starring Matt Passmore, Callum Keith Rennie, Clé Bennett, Hannah Emily Anderson, Laura Vandervoort, Mandela Van Peebles, Paul Braunstein, Brittany Allen and Josiah Black. Charlie Clouser (Wayward Pines, Resident Evil: Extinction) who previously scored all movies in the Saw series has composed the film’s original music. ‘Gangsterdam’ Soundtrack Announced
L’R du Trésor will release a soundtrack album for Romain Lévy’s French comedy Gangsterdam. The album features the film’s original music composed by Rob (aka Robin Coudert) (Horns, Maniac, Populaire, Every Secret Thing) who previously scored Lévy’s Radiostars. Also included are tracks by Tangerine Dream, Skepta, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Booba, The Game and Omer Adam. The soundtrack will be released digitally on March 29, 2017 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Gangsterdam starring Kev Adams, Manon Azem, Côme Levin, Mona Walravens and Patrick Timsit follows three college students who travel to Amsterdam, where their lives become a lot more complicated when they find out that the drug they’ve come to collect belongs to the city’s most notorious criminals.
