Epic Records has released the first song from the soundtrack for the third season of the MGM+ original series Godfather of Harlem. Available to stream/download now on all major digital music platforms is Hustle, Repeat co-written (with Avery Chambliss aka “Avenue Beatz”) and performed by Swiss Beatz (who serves as the show’s executive music producer) and Jadakiss. Also listen to the track after the jump. A full soundtrack album featuring more music from the new season is expected to be released later this year.

Ilan Eshkeri (Stardust, The Young Victoria, Layer Cake, Still Alice, A Perfect Place, Kick-Ass) has recently been scoring the new BBC drama SAS Rogue Heroes. The show is developed by Steven Knight (Peaky Blinders, Eastern Promises, Locke) based on Ben Macintyre’s best-selling novel of the same title and stars Connor Swindells, Jack O’Connell, Alfie Allen, Sofia Boutella and Dominic West. The 6-part drama chronicles how the world’s greatest Special Forces unit, the SAS, was formed under extraordinary circumstances in the darkest days of World War II.

Soundtrack Albums for Epix’s & HBO Max’s ‘Pennyworth’ to Be Released
WaterTower Music will release two new soundtrack albums for the Epix/HBO Max original series Pennyworth. The first album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by David Russo (Gotham, Nikita, The Tomorrow People) and a second album featuring selections of the original score from Season 2 composed by Lorne Balfe (Mission: Impossible – Fallout, Black Widow, The LEGO Batman Movie, Top Gun: Maverick, His Dark Materials, Bad Boys for Life). Charlie Clouser Scoring Marcus Dunstan’s ‘Unhuman’
Composer Charlie Clouser (Saw, Resident Evil: Extinction, Numbers, Spiral, Death Sentence, Dead Silence) is reteaming with director Marcus Dunstan (The Collector) on the upcoming Epix original film Unhuman. The movie starring Brianne Tju, Benjamin Wadsworth, Uriah Shelton, Ali Gallo and Peter Giles follows seven misfit students who must band together against a growing gang of unhuman savages and take down the murderous zombie-creatures. Dunstan also co-wrote the screenplay with Patrick Melton (Beast, Piranha 3DD).

Mark Korven (The Witch, The Lighthouse, Resident Evil: Welcome to Raccoon City, Cube, Them, The Terror: Infamy, In the Tall Grass) is scoring the new Epix original series Billy the Kid. The show is written by Michael Hirst (Vikings, The Tudors) and stars Tom Blyth and Daniel Webber. The adventure drama is based on the life of famous titular American outlaw, aka William H. Bonney , from his humble Irish roots, to his early days as a cowboy and gunslinger in the American frontier, to his pivotal role in the Lincoln County War and beyond.
