Bear McCreary (10 Cloverfield Lane, The Walking Dead, Happy Death Day, Battlestar Galactica, Outlander) is the composer of the new Fox drama Proven Innocent. The show is created by David Elliot (Four Brothers, G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra) and stars Rachelle Lefevre, Russell Hornsby, Vincent Kartheiser, Riley Smith, Kelsey Grammer, Nikki M. James and Clare O’Connor. The series follows an underdog criminal defense firm led by a fierce and uncompromising lawyer who, earlier in her life, wass wrongfully convicted in a sensational murder case that made her an infamous media obsession, a household name and a national cause célèbre.

‘Happy Death Day 2U’ Soundtrack Details
Back Lot Music will release the official soundtrack album for the slasher sequel Happy Death Day 2U. The album features the film’s original music composed by Bear McCreary (10 Cloverfield Lane, The Walking Dead, Outlander, Battlestar Galactica, Colossal, Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.) who previously scored 2017’s original Happy Death Day movie. The soundtrack will be released next Friday, February 15 and is will be available to download on Amazon. As previously reported, the label has also released Lizzo’s cover of Stayin’ Alive as featured in the movie Happy Death Day 2U is directed by Christopher Landon, produced by Jason Blum and stars Jessica Rothe, Israel Broussard, Phi Vu, Suraj Sharma and Ruby Modine.
Bear McCreary Scoring Ciaran Foy’s ‘Eli’
Bear McCreary has recently composed the music for the upcoming horror thriller Eli. The film is directed by Ciaran Foy (Sinister 2, Citadel) and stars Charlie Shotwell, Lili Taylor, Kelly Reilly, Max Martini and Sadie Sink. The movie centers on a young boy undergoing treatment for a rare disease at a secluded clinic, which becomes a haunted prison with no way out. David Chirchirillo (Cheap Thrills), Ian Goldberg (Fear the Walking Dead) and Richard Naing (The Autopsy of Jane Doe) wrote the screenplay.

Screenwriter Zack Stentz has announced that Bear McCreary is the composer of the upcoming sci-fi adventure Rim of the World. The film is directed by McG (Charlie’s Angels, Terminator Salvation) and stars Jack Gore, Miya Cech, Benjamin Flores Jr., Alessio Scalzotto, King Bach (aka Andrew Bachelor), Tony Cavalero, Rudy Mancuso, Carl McDowell, Chris Wylde, David Theune, Punam Patel, Michael Beach, Jason Rogel, Lynn Collins and Annabeth Gish. The movie centers around four misfit teenagers who become unlikely allies when their summer camp experience is cut short by an alien invasion.
Bear McCreary Scoring Nacho Vigalondo-Directed ‘Into the Dark’ Episode ‘Pooka!’
Bear McCreary (10 Cloverfield Lane, The Walking Dead, Outlander, Battlestar Galactica) has composed the music for the third episode of the Hulu anthology series Into the Dark. The episode, entitled Pooka!, is directed by Nacho Vigalondo (Timecrimes) and stars Nyasha Hatendi, Latarsha Rose, Jon Daly, Dale Dickey, Jonny Berryman and Diane Sellers. The Christmas-themed episode follows an actor who is hired to play a life-size version of the holiday’s hottest toy: the pooka doll. Vigalondo is also executive producing the Blumhouse Television production with Jason Blum (Get Out, Halloween), John Hegeman, Gerard Olson (who also wrote the script), Nahikari Ipina and Alexa Faigen.

Opening in most theaters is the fantasy adventure Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald directed by David Yates and starring Eddie Redmayne, Katherine Waterston, Dan Fogler, Alison Sudol, Ezra Miller, Jude Law, Johnny Depp, Zoë Kravitz and Callum Turner. The film’s original music is composed by James Newton Howard (The Hunger Games, King Kong, Maleficent, The Sixth Sense). ‘Welcome Home’ Soundtrack Details
Sparks & Shadows will release the official soundtrack album for the thriller Welcome Home. The album features the film’s original music composed by Bear McCreary (10 Cloverfield Lane, Outlander, The Walking Dead, Battlestar Galactica, Happy Death Day, Colossal). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, November 16 and will be available to download on Amazon. Welcome Home is directed by George Ratliff and stars Aaron Paul, Emily Ratajkowski and Riccardo Scamarcio. The movie revolves around a couple who spend a weekend at a vacation rental home in the Italian countryside in an attempt to repair their relationship, but soon become victims of the homeowner’s sinister plans.
Soundtrack Album for ‘Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams’ Released
Madison Gate Records has released a soundtrack album for the sci-fi anthology series Philip K. Dick’s Electric Dreams. The album features the music from the series, including the main title theme composed by Harry Gregson-Williams (The Martian, The Chronicles of Narnia), as well as the composer’s score for the episodes The Commuter (for which he received an Emmy Award nomination) and The Father Thing. Also included is the music for three episodes composed by Bear McCreary (The Walking Dead, 10 Cloverfield Lane), two episodes by Cristobal Tapia de Veer (Utopia), one episode by Ólafur Arnalds (Broadchurch), as well as two episodes by Mark Isham (Crash, A River Runs Through It), one of which he co-scored with BT (The Fast & the Furious, Monster). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples.
