Premiering tomorrow, July 24, is the NBC drama Midnight, Texas developed by Monica Owusu-Breen based on the book series by Charlaine Harris and starring François Arnaud, Sarah Ramos, Arielle Kebbel, Peter Mensah, Parisa Fitz-Henley and Dylan Bruce. The show’s original music is composed by Jacob Groth (The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Dead Man Down, Unforgettable). Also premiering tomorrow is the ABC drama Somewhere Between created by Stephen Tolkin (Taxi Brooklyn, Brothers & Sisters) and starring Paula Patton, Devon Sawa and J.R. Bourn. James Jandrisch (Houdini & Doyle, Reasonable Doubt) is composing the show’s original music. The series is based on a Korean format and revolves around a mother who travels back in time to prevent the murder of her daughter. Mychael Danna and Jeff Danna are composing the music for the upcoming animated feature The Breadwinner. The film based on young adult novel by Deborah Ellis is directed by Nora Twomey (The Secret of Kells). The movie tells the story of Parvana, a young girl living under the Taliban regime, who cuts her hair and disguises herself as a boy in order to provide for her family after her father is imprisoned. Anthony Leo and Andrew Rosen are producing the project for Aircraft Pictures, alongside Tomm Moore and Paul Young (Song of the Sea) for Cartoon Salon, and Stephan Roelants for Melusine Productions.
