Geoff Barrow & Ben Salisbury (Ex Machina, Annihilation, Free Fire) have recently composed the music for the upcoming drama Luce. The film is directed by Julius Onah (The Cloverfield Paradox) and stars Kelvin Harrison Jr., Naomi Watts, Octavia Spencer and Tim Roth. The movie is based on J.C. Lee’s play of the same title and revolves around an African teenager and former child soldier living in a suburb and his relationship to a teacher who becomes aware of his views on political violence. ‘China Salesman’ Soundtrack Released

Cleopatra Records has released a soundtrack album for the action thriller China Salesman. The album features music inspired by the film by artists, including the title track by Tyson & DMX, as well as songs by Mozzy & Gunplay, Vado & Dave East and more. The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. China Salesman is written and directed by Tan Bing and stars Mike Tyson, Steven Seagal, Dong-Xue Li, Janicke Askevold, Li Ai and Eriq Ebouaney. Intrada Records has announced the world premiere release of the complete soundtrack for the 1969 monster movie The Valley of Gwangi directed by James O’Connolly, produced by Ray Harryhausen and starring James Franciscus, Gina Golan and Richard Carlson. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Academy Award nominee Jerome Moross (The Big Country, The War Lord, The Cardinal, The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn). Steve Mazzaro (The Boss Baby, Bullet to the Head) has recently scored the upcoming drama Icebox. The film is written and directed by Daniel Sawka and stars Anthony Gonzales, Genesis Rodriguez, Matthew Moreno and Omar Leyva. The movie is based on Sawka’s short of the same title and centers on a young boy from Honduras who is forced to leave his home country and attempt to reach his uncle in the United States. James L. Brooks (As Good As It Gets, Terms of Endearment) is producing the project with Richard Sakai (The Simpsons Movie, Jerry Maguire), Julie Ansell, (The Edge of Seventeen, Spanglish) and David S. The track list of the soundtrack album for Pixar’s animated sequel Incredibles 2 has been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award winner Michael Giacchino (UpRatatouilleInside OutStar TrekLostJurassic WorldRogue One: A Star Wars Story) who previously scored the 2004 original movie. The soundtrack will be released on June 15, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Incredibles 2 is directed by Brad Bird and features the voice talent of Craig T. The composer duo of tomandandy is scoring the upcoming horror thriller Haunt. The film is written and directed by Scott Beck & Bryan Woods (Nightlight, screenwriters of A Quiet Place) and stars Katie Stevens, Will Brittain, Lauryn Alisa McClain, Andrew Caldwell, Shazi Raja and Schuyler Helford. Premiering tonight is the Showtime docu-series The Fourth Estate directed by Liz Garbus about how the New York Times covered President Trump’s first year in office. Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross (The Social Network, Gone Girl, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo) composed the show’s main titles theme and H. Scott Salinas (City of Ghosts, Cartel Land, The Ballad of Lefty Brown) provided the original score. The only movie opening nationwide this week is Solo: A Star Wars Story directed by Ron Howard and starring Alden Ehrenreich, Woody Harrelson, Emilia Clarke, Donald Glover, Thandie Newton, Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Paul Bettany. The film’s original score is composed by John Powell (How to Train Your Dragon, The Bourne Identity) and John Williams  (Star WarsRaiders of the Lost Ark) contributed the Han Solo theme.
