Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Apple TV original series Cape Fear. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Fargo, Star Trek: Discovery, Picard & Starfleet Academy, Alien: Earth, The Night Of, For All Mankind, Zero Day, Ripley, The Man Who Feel to Earth, Legion, Untamed). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, July 3. Check back on this page for the streaming/download link. Cape Fear is created by Nick Antosca based on John D. MacDonald’s novel The Executioners and Gregory Peck’s 1962 feature of the same title and its 1991 remake directed by Martin Scorsese and stars Javier Bardem, Amy Adams, Patrick Wilson, Joe Anders, Lily Collias, CCH Pounder, Malia Pyles, Jamie Hector and Anna Baryshnikov. The 10-part psychological horror thriller revolves around two happily married attorneys whose lives are shattered when the notorious killer they are responsible for putting behind bars is let out of prison. The series premiered last month with new episodes dropping every Friday on Apple TV.
