Gregory Tripi (Manhunt: Unabomber, Dark Places, Rememory) is composing the music for the upcoming psychological horror thriller Ma. The film is directed by Tate Taylor (The Help, Girl on the Train) and stars Octavia Spencer, Juliette Lewis, Luke Evans, Diana Silvers, Corey Fogelmanis, McKaley Miller, Dante Brown, Gianni Paolo, Missi Pyle and Allison Janney. The movie follows a lonely woman who befriends a group of teenagers leads to torturous consequences for the kids. Scotty Landes (Workaholics) wrote the screenplay. Jason Blum (Get Out, Paranormal Activity, Insidious) is producing the project for his Blumhouse company, alongside John Norris (Angel of Death). Ma is currently in post-production and is expected to be released later this year.

Tripi is also scoring the upcoming ABC drama The Fix. The show is created by Elizabeth Craft & Sarah Fain (The 100, Women’s Murder Club) and Marcia Clark and stars Robin Tunney, Adewale Akinnouye-Agbaje and Scott Cohen. The series follows an L.A. district attorney who moves to Oregon after losing a high-profile murder case, but when the killer strikes again, she returns to seek justice under her own terms.  Craft, Fain & Clark are also executive producing the ABC Studios production with Michael Katleman (Zoo, Rizzoli & Isles), Laurie Zaks (Castle), David Hoberman & Todd Lieberman (The Fighter, Wonder, The Proposal). The Fix will premiere on March 18 on ABC.
