Singer/songwriter Anna Calvi has announced that she has composed the original score for the fifth season of the BBC series Peaky Blinders. The new season is written by Steven Knight (Locke, Eastern Promises), directed by Anthony Byrne and stars Cillian Murphy, Helen McCory, Sophie Rundle, Sam Claflin, Harry Kirton, Packy Lee, Finn Cole, Natasha O’Keeffe, Daryl McCormack and Charlene McKenna. Viacom International has released a soundtrack album for the musical episode of the Nickelodeon series Henry Danger. The album features the Broadway-style songs from the episode, which marks the return of the villainous Frankini who puts a musical curse over the town of Swellview, while Kid Danger and Captain Man are forced to find a way to stop him. The film is written and directed by Smith (Clerks, Dogma, Chasing Amy) who also stars in the movie alongside Jason Mewes. The comedy follows the title characters as they discover that Hollywood is rebooting an old movie based on them and decide to embark on another cross-country mission to stop it all over again. The album features the film’s original score composed by Heitor Pereira (Despicable Me, Minions, The Angry Birds Movie).
