Director James Gunn has confirmed that David Fleming (The Last of UsDamselEternity, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, AnacondaThe Alto KnightsJim Henson: Idea ManAmericana) is attached to compose music for DC Studios’ upcoming superhero movie Man of Tomorrow. The film is written and directed by Gunn and stars David Corenswet who will return as Clark Kent/Superman, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Rachel Brosnahan as Louis Lane, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner and Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific and Aaron Pierre as Green Lantern. They are joined by Lars Eidinger as Brainiac, as well as Adria Arjona. Fleming has previously stepped in as the second composer of Gunn’s Superman and shared scoring credit with on the project with John Murphy. Man of Tomorrow is scheduled to be released in theaters nationwide on July 9, 2027 by Warner Bros. Pictures.

Fleming’s other recent projects include Apple TV’s Widow’s Bay, which will premiere on April 29.
