David Fleming has won his second Emmy Award for his score for the episode Out History from the Apple TV original series Widow’s Bay in the Outstanding Music Composition for a Series category at tonight’s second night of the 78th Creative Prime Emmy Awards. Sean Callery received his fifth Emmy Award and Sara Barone was honored with her first Emmy in the Outstanding Music Composition for a Limited or Anthology Series, Movie or Special category for their score from the episode The Beast and Me of the Netflix limited series The Beast in Me. Dave Porter has won the Emmy Award for his theme for the Apple TV series Pluribus in the Outstanding Main Title Theme Music category.

‘Widow’s Bay’ Soundtrack Album Details
Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the Apple TV original series Widow’s Bay. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by David Fleming (Superman, The Last of Us, Eternity, Damsel, Anaconda, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Jim Henson: Idea Man, Americana, The Alto Knights). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 1 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Widow’s Bay is created by Katie Dippold and stars Matthew Rhys, Kate O’Flynn, Kevin Carroll, Stephen Root, Kingston Rumi Southwick and Dale Dickey. David Fleming to Reteam with James Gunn on DC Studios’ ‘Man of Tomorrow’
Director James Gunn has confirmed that David Fleming (The Last of Us, Damsel, Eternity, Mr. & Mrs. Smith, Anaconda, The Alto Knights, Jim Henson: Idea Man, Americana) is attached to compose music for DC Studios’ upcoming superhero movie Man of Tomorrow. The film is written and directed by Gunn and stars David Corenswet who will return as Clark Kent/Superman, Nicholas Hoult as Lex Luthor, Rachel Brosnahan as Louis Lane, Skyler Gisondo as Jimmy Olsen, Isabela Merced as Hawkgirl, Sara Sampaio as Eve Teschmacher, Nathan Fillion as Guy Gardner and Edi Gathegi as Mister Terrific and Aaron Pierre as Green Lantern. They are joined by Lars Eidinger as Brainiac, as well as Adria Arjona.

The movie follows two best friends who head deep into the Amazon to start filming their dream project by remaking their all-time favorite movie: 1997’s Anaconda (scored by Randy Edelman), but things get real when an actual giant anaconda appears.
