Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Welcome to the Blumhouse installment Black Box. The album features the film’s original music composed by Brandon Roberts (Chaos Walking, The Twilight Zone, Underwater, Unbroken: Path to Redemption, Motherland: Fort Salem, The Woman in Black 2: Angel of Death). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 2. The streaming/download link will be added to this page within the next day. Black Box is directed by Emmanuel Osei-Kuffour, Jr. and stars Mamoudou Athie, Phylicia Rashad, Amanda Christine, Tosin Morohunfola and Troy James. The sci-fi horror thriller follows a single father who – after a tragic car accident- starts an experimental treatment to try and restore his lost memory.

Soundtrack Album for Amazon’s ‘The Vineyard’ (‘La Templanza’) Released
Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish Amazon original series The Vineyard (La Templanza). The album features selections of the original music from the show composed by Ivan Palomares (Words for an End of the World, Up Among the Stars, Bunker: Project 12). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also listen to audio clips. The Vineyard is based on the novel of the same title by Maria Dueñas and stars Leonor Watling, Rafael Novoa, Emilio Gutiérrez Caba, Juana Acosta and Nathaniel Parker. The period drama tells the story of two strangers whose destinies crossed in the second half of the 19th century, leading to their lives changing forever.

Premiering today is the the National Geographic event series Genius: Aretha created by Suzan-Lori Parks and starring Cynthia Erivo, Courtney B. Vance, Malcolm Barrett, Pauletta Washington, David Cross, Patrice Covington, Rebecca Naomi Jones and Steven Norfleet. The show’s original score is composed by Terence Blanchard (BlacKkKlansman, Inside Man, Da 5 Bloods, Malcolm X). Raphael Saadiq (Lovecraft County, Insecure) serves as the project’s executive music producer and Hans Zimmer & Lorne Balfe have provided a new version of their Emmy Award-nominated main titles theme. Premiering on Wednesday, March 24 is the HBO Sports documentary The Day Sports Stood Still directed by Antoine Fuqua and produced by Brian Grazer & Justin Wilkes about the unprecedented sports shutdown in March of 2020 and the remarkable turn of events that followed. Marcelo Zarvos (Fences, Wonder, Enough Said, The Affair, Ray Donovan, The Good Shepherd, The Loudest Voice) has composed the film’s original music. Amazon’s ‘Them’ to Feature Music by Mark Korven
Mark Korven (The Witch, The Lighthouse, Cube, In the Tall Grass, The Terror: Infamy, Our House) is the composer of the upcoming Amazon original anthology series Them. The show is created by Little Marvin and stars Deborah Ayorinde, Ashley Thomas, Alison Pill, Melody Hurd, Shahadi Wright Joseph and Ryan Kwanten. The first season is set in the 1950s and centers around a Black family who move from North Carolina to an all-white Los Angeles neighborhood during the period known as The Great Migration, when their idyllic home becomes ground zero where malevolent forces threaten to taunt, ravage and destroy them.
Isabella Summers & Brian H. Kim Scoring Amazon’s ‘Panic’
Isabella Summers (aka Isa Machine of Florence + the Machine) (Little Fires Everywhere) & Brian H. Kim (Hello, My Name Is Doris, BH90210, Search Party) have teamed up to score the upcoming Amazon original series Panic. The show is created by Lauren Oliver based on her best-selling book of the same title and stars Mike Faist, Olivia Welch, Ray Nicholson, Enrique Murciano, Camron Jones and Jessica Sula. The YA drama is set a small town in America, where every year the graduating seniors compete in a dangerous game where they can win a chance to escape their small rural town.

Premiering tomorrow, March 1, is the NBC mystery drama Debris created by J.H. Wyman and starring Jonathan Tucker, Riann Steele, Norbert Leo Butz and Scroobius Pip. The show’s original music is composed by Raney Shockne (Queen of the South, Anger Management, The To Do List, Kevin Can Wait, The Wedding Year). The series, which revolves around a secretive international agency that is tasked with the mystery of a wreckage that starts falling from the sky, will air every Monday night on NBC. Königskinder has released two soundtrack albums for the German Amazon original series We Children from Bahnhof Zoo (Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo). A soundtrack featuring the songs from the show by Robot Koch is now available to stream/download here. A separate album featuring the drama’s original score composed by Michael Kadelbach (Perfume, Isi & Ossi, Naked Among Wolves) & Koch is available here, where you can also check out audio samples. We Children from Bahnhof Zoo is directed by Philipp Kadelbach, produced by Oliver Berben & Sophie von Uslar and stars Jana McKinnon, Michelangelo Fortuzzi, Lena Urzendowsky, Bruno Alexander, Jeremias Meyer and Lea Drinda. The Constantin Television production is inspired by the 1978 non-fiction book of the same title and follows six young people who fight vehemently and uncompromisingly for their dream of happiness.

The full details of the soundtrack album for the comedy Coming 2 America have been revealed. The album features new tracks by John Legend, Burna Boy & Nile Rodgers and YG & Big Sean, as well as songs by artists such as Teyana Taylor feat. Jermaine Fowler & Brandon Rogers, Gladys Knight, Tiwa Savage, Davido & others. The soundtrack will be released digitally and physically on March 5, 2021 by Def Jam Recordings. Abraham Marder’s Original Song ‘Green’ from ‘Sound of Metal’ Released
Nonesuch Records has released the original song Green from the drama Sound of Metal. The track, which has just been shortlisted in the Original Song category for this year’s Academy Awards earlier this week, is written performed by Abraham Marder, produced by Thomas Bartlett and is the closing theme for the film.
