Hollywood Records has released a soundtrack album for the German Disney+/Hulu original series City of Blood. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Michael Kadelbach (Brick, One Trillion Dollars, Crap Happens, The Next Level). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the composer’s title track after the jump. City of Blood is created by Philipp Kadelbach (who is also directing) & Elena Lyubarskaya and stars Lea Drinda, Soma Pysall, Franz Hartwig, David Schütter, Jördis Triebel, Mouataz Alshaltouh, Dagmar Manzel, Jenny Schily, Melika Foroutan, Jan Georg Schütte and Lars Eidinger. The 8-part thriller is set in a dystopian Berlin and follows two sisters as they uncover the shocking truth about the city’s hidden power structures – only to find themselves at the center of a life-threatening conflict.

‘Crap Happens’ Soundtrack Album Released
Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the German Netflix original series Crap Happens (Kacken an der Havel). The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Martina Eisenreich & Michael Kadelbach (Brick, One Trillion Dollars, The Next Level), as well as nine songs by German rappers Fatoni & Dexter. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here, where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to the first score track and song after the jump. Crap Happens is created by Dimitrij & Alex Schaad and stars Anton ‘Fatoni’ Schneider, Sky Arndt, Dimitrij Schaad himself, Runa Greiner, Sophia Münster, Jördis Triebel, Jana Münster, Ruth Reinecke, Vincent Redetzki and Hanna Ehrlichmann. The comedy follows a rapper who returns to his hometown for his mother’s funeral and suddenly finds himself juggling career dreams and surprise fatherhood to a teenage son.

Premiering on Thursday, July 10, is the Disney Channel original movie Zombies 4: Dawn of the Vampires directed by Paul Hoen and starring Milo Manheim, Meg Donnelly, Freya Skye, Kylee Russell, Malachi Barton, Chandler Kinney, Swayam Bhatia, Julian Lerner, Mekonnen Knife, Lisa Chappell and Jonno Roberts. The film’s original score is composed by Tom Howe (Ted Lasso, Dog Man, Knuckles, Daisy Jones & the Six, Shrinking, Early Man). Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album featuring the songs from the sequel and a score suite on Thursday. Also premiering on Thursday is the Netflix original anime series Leviathan based on Scott Westerfeld’s novels and starring Ayumu Murase, Natsumi Fujiwara, Shunsuke Sakuya, Mie Sonozaki, Yasuhiro Mamiya, Ivan Shibata and Fairouz Ai. Nobuko Toda and Kazuma Jinnouchi (Ghost in the Shell: SAC_2045, Metal Gear Solid 4) have composed the show’s original score. Joe Hisaishi (Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, The Boy and the Heron) has written the project’s original songs. A soundtrack album will be announced soon. Anna Drubich, Martina Eisenreich & Michael Kadelbach Scoring Philip Koch’s Netflix Film ‘Brick’
Anna Drubich (Barbarian, Scary Stories to Tell in the Dark, Fear Street Part 3: 1666, Werewolves Within, Time Cut, Sting) and Martina Eisenreich & Michael Kadelbach (One Trillion Dollars, The Next Level) have provided the original score for the upcoming German Netflix original film Brick. The movie is written and directed by Philip Koch (Picco, Sixty Minutes) and stars Matthias Schweighöfer, Ruby O. Fee, Frederick Lau, Murathan Muslu, Salber Lee Williams, Sira-Anna Faal, Axel Werner and Alexander Beyer. The thriller follows a man and a woman who awake trapped in their apartment behind an impenetrable, futuristic wall which has materialized overnight and must unite with their wary neighbors to get out alive.
Soundtrack Album for Netflix Film ’60 Minutes’ Released
Netflix Music has released a soundtrack album for the German Netflix original film 60 Minutes (60 Minuten). The album features the movie’s original score composed by Michael Kadelbach (Perfume, We Children from Bahnhof Zoo,Naked Among Wolves, Isi & Ossi). Also listen to the first track ( You’ve Got 60 Minutes) after the jump. 60 Minutes is directed by Oliver Kienle and stars Emilio Sakraya, Dennis Mojen, Marie Mouroum, Florian Schmidtke, Paul Wollin, Aristo Luis and José Barros Moncada. The action drama follows a mixed martial arts fighter who is desperate to keep custody of his daughter as he abandons a big match and races across Berlin to attend her birthday party.

Premiering in the U.S. today is the Norwegian mini-series Atlantic Crossing written by Alexander Eik & Linda May Kallestein, directed by Eik and starring Sofia Helin, Kyle MacLachlan and Tobias Santelmann. The show’s original music is composed by Raymond Enoksen (Haunted, Ice Road Rescue). Dreamscore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score last year when the 8-part drama premiered overseas. Also premiering tonight is the Fox TV special Malika the Lion Queen directed by Karin Slater and narrated by Angela Bassett. Jasha Klebe (Planet Earth II, The Black Godfather, Winter on Fire: Ukraine’s Fight for Freedom, Medal of Honor, Challenger Disaster: Lost Tapes) has composed the original music for the special. The documentary, which follows a powerful pride of lions in South Africa’s Kruger National Park and explores the exhilarating and harrowing life of lioness Malika, will air on Fox tonight. Königskinder has released two soundtrack albums for the German Amazon original series We Children from Bahnhof Zoo (Wir Kinder vom Bahnhof Zoo). A soundtrack featuring the songs from the show by Robot Koch is now available to stream/download here. A separate album featuring the drama’s original score composed by Michael Kadelbach (Perfume, Isi & Ossi, Naked Among Wolves) & Koch is available here, where you can also check out audio samples. We Children from Bahnhof Zoo is directed by Philipp Kadelbach, produced by Oliver Berben & Sophie von Uslar and stars Jana McKinnon, Michelangelo Fortuzzi, Lena Urzendowsky, Bruno Alexander, Jeremias Meyer and Lea Drinda. The Constantin Television production is inspired by the 1978 non-fiction book of the same title and follows six young people who fight vehemently and uncompromisingly for their dream of happiness.
‘Isi & Ossi’ Soundtrack Released
Spinnup has released a soundtrack album for the first German Netflix original film Isi & Ossi. The album features the movie’s original music composed by Michael Kadelbach (Perfume TV series, Cerro Torre: A Snowball’s Chance in Hell, 300 Worte Deutsch). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. Isi & Ossi is written and directed by Oliver Kienle and stars Lisa Vicari, Christina Hecke, Pegah Ferydoni, Dennis Mojen and Walid Al-Atiyat. The romantic comedy revolves around a billionaire’s daughter who fakes a relationship with a cash-strapped boxer in order to coerce her parents into letting her pursue her culinary dreams.

Premiering on Friday, December 21 in the U.S. is the British mini-series Vanity Fair developed by Gwyneth Hughes and starring Olivia Cooke, Tom Bateman, Suranne Jones, Michael Palin, Johnny Flynn and Martin Clunes. The show’s original music is composed by show’s original music composed by Isobel Waller-Bridge (Fleabag, The Split, Vita and Virginia). Decca Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as songs by Afterhere, Jade Bird, Paloma Faith & others earlier this fall when the series premiered in the UK on ITV. Also premiering on Friday is DreamWorks Animation’s new Netflix original series 3Below: Tales of Arcadia created by Guillermo del Toro and starring Diego Luna, Tatiana Maslany, Nick Offerman, Glenn Close, Cole Sand, Steven Yeun, Emile Hirsch and Kelsey Grammer. Jeff Danna (The Good Dinosaur, The Boondock Saints, Storks, Tyrant) is composing the show’s original music.
