The show is created by Ramón Campos & Gema R. Mutant and Back Lot Music have announced a soundtrack album for the drama The Bikeriders. The album features thirteen songs from the film by artists such as Muddy Waters, The Sonics, The Stooges, Gary U.S. Bonds, Dale Hawkins, The Shangri-Las, The Staple Singers, Mickey Murray & others. The soundtrack is now available to order as a vinyl edition on Mutant’s official website. The Bikeriders is written and directed by Jeff Nichols and stars Austin Butler, Jodie Comer, Tom Hardy, Norman Reedus, Mike Faist, Michael Shannon, Boyd Holbrook, Beau Knapp, Damon Herriman, Emory Cohen and Karl Glusman. Varese Sarabande has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1981 British spy thriller Eye of the Needle directed by Richard Marquand and starring Donald Sutherland, Kate Nelligan, Ian Bannen and Christopher Cazenove. The 2-CD set, which is limited to 2,000 copies, features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Academy Award winner Miklós Rózsa (Ben-Hur, Spellbound, King of Kings, Quo Vadis, The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes, Ivanhoe), including the previously unreleased film recording performed by the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra on the first disc and the 13-track album version (previously released by Varese on CD and vinyl) performed by the Nuremberg Symphony Orchestra on the second disc. Varese Sarabande has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1999 sports drama For the Love of the Game directed by Sam Raimi and starring Kevin Costner, Kelly Preston, Jena Malone, John C. Reilly and Brian Cox. The album features the features the expanded original score from the film composed and conducted by Basil Poledouris (Conan the Barbarian, RoboCop, Starship Troopers, The Blue Lagoon, The Hunt for Red October, Lonesome Dove), including around 45 minutes of previously unreleased music. The Deluxe Edition soundtrack is now available to order as a limited edition CD on the label’s official website and will also be coming out digitally next Friday, June 28 (click here to stream/download). Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the new French movie adaptation of Alexandre Dumas’ classic novel The Count of Monte Cristo (Le Comte de Monte-Cristo).
