Premiering today is the Peacock original series The ‘Burbs created by Celeste Hughey inspired by Joe Dante’s 1989 movie of the same name and starring Keke Palmer, Jack Whitehall, Julia Duffy, Paula Pell, Mark Proksch and Kapil Talwalkar. The show’s original music is composed by Michael Abels (Get Out, Nope, Us,Star Wars: The Acolyte, Landscape with Invisible Hand, The Burial, Sirens, I See You Yesterday, Breaking) & Robert Wallace. Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score this past Friday. Premiering on Wednesday, February 11, is the Polish Netflix limited series Lead Children (Olowiane dzieci) directed by Maciej Pieprzyca and starring Joanna Kulig, Kinga Preis, Michał Żurawski, Marian Dziędziel, Agata Kulesza, Kinga Preis and Sebastian Pawlak. Antoni Komasa-Łazarkiewicz (Quo Vadis, Aida?, Copying Beethoven, In Darkness, Frantz, Rosemary’s Baby, In the Rearview) and Mary Komasa (Treasure, Cracow Monsters, Charlatan) have composed the show’s original music.
