The show is written by Roy Williams (Fast Girls) & John Donnelly (Summerwater, The Assessment) and stars David Harewood, Michele Austin, Jason Flemyng, Dean-Charles Chapman, Christopher Fairbank, Nikkita Chadha, Sara Powell, Cherrelle Skeete, Dylan Ennis and Ezrae Maye. The 6-part series revolves around a West London duty solicitor whose resilience is tested when he begins investigating the suspicious death of a young black client.

Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the Apple TV original series Star City. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Federico Jusid (The English, The Night Manager, The Secret in Their Eyes, A Gentleman in Moscow, The Penguin Lessons, A Thousand Blows, Misconduct, The Head). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 5 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Premiering in the U.S. tomorrow, May 25, is the British TV series Summerwater developed by John Donnelly based on Sarah Moss’ book of the same name and starring Dougray Scott, Shirley Henderson, Valene Kane, Arnas Fedaravičius, Anna Próchniak, Shereen Cutkelvin, James Harkness, Anders Hayward and Daniel Rigby. The show’s original music is composed by Gazelle Twin (aka Elizabeth Bernholz) (The Power, Black Cab, Welcome to the Blumhouse: Nocturne, Then You Run).
