Premiering tonight is sci-fi drama Star Trek: Discovery developed by Alex Kurtzman & Bryan Fuller and starring Sonequa Martin-Green, Jason Isaacs, Doug Jones, James Frain, Michelle Yeoh and Anthony Rapp. The show’s original music is composed by Jeff Russo (Fargo, Legion, The Night Of, Snowfall, Power). Premiering tomorrow, September 25, is the NBC drama The Brave created by Dean Georgaris and starring Anne Heche, Mike Vogel, Sofia Pernas, Tate Ellington, Natacha Karam, Demetrius Grosse, Noah Mills and Hadi Tabbal. Toby Chu (Covert Affairs, Burn Notice, Beyond, Unforgettable, Legends of Oz: Dorothy’s Return) is composing the show’s original music. Domino Recording Company will release the official soundtrack album for the documentary Rat Film. The album features the film’s original music composed by Dan Deacon (Twixt). The soundtrack will be released on October 13, 2017. The CD and vinyl version is now available for pre-order on 
Geoff Zanelli is reuniting with director Deon Taylor on the upcoming psychological thriller Motivated Seller. The movie starring Michael Ealy, Dennis Quaid, Meagan Good and Joseph Sikora follows a young couple who move into their dream house in the county, unaware the previous owner who has his eyes on the house and the young woman. David Loughery (Lakeview Terrace, Passenger 57) wrote the screenplay. Taylor is also producing he project with, Roxanne Avent & Robert F. Smith (Meet the Blacks), Mark Burg (Saw series), David Guillod, Brad Kaplan (Look Away) and Jonathan Schwartz. 
Expected to top the weekend box office is the action sequel Kingsman: The Golden Circle directed by Matthew Vaughn and starring Colin Firth, Julianne Moore, Taron Egerton, Mark Strong, Halle Berry, Sir Elton John, Channing Tatum and Jeff Bridges. The film’s original music is composed by Henry Jackman (Captain America: The Winter Soldier & Civil War, X-Men: First Class, Kong: Skull Island) & Matthew Margeson (Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children, Eddie the Eagle). La-La Land Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score. 
Also opening wide is the animated feature The LEGO Ninjago Movie directed by Charlie Bean and features the voices of Dave Franco, Justin Theroux, Fred Armisen, Abbi Jacobson, Olivia Munn, Kumail Nanjiani, Michael Peña, Zach Woods and Jackie Chan. Mark Mothersbaugh (The LEGO Movie, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Royal Tenenbaums, Thor: Ragnarok) has composed the film’s original music. Capitol Nashville has released the original song Hold the Light from Joseph Kosinski’s action drama Only the Brave. The track is performed by Dierks Bentley feat. S. Carey and is co-written by the singer/songwriters, Jon Randall and the film’s composer Joseph Trapanese (Oblivion, Allegiant, Quantico). The song is now available as a digital single on 
Cristobal Tapia de Veer has composed the music for the upcoming Black Mirror episode Black Museum. The episode is directed by Colm McCarthy (Outcast, Peaky Blinders) and stars Douglas Hodge, Letitia Wright and Babs Olusanmokun. The show’s creator Charlie Brooker wrote the script. The composer has previously collaborated with McCarthy on last year’s feature The Girl with All the Gifts. He joins 
Silent Partner & Novus Entertainment will release a soundtrack album for the thriller ‘Til Death Do Us Part. The album features the songs from the movie by artists including Marques Houston, J Boog, Mila J, I Rich, Chrissy, Jacob and Smooth. EDM producer and DJ Totally Enormous Extinct Dinosaurs (aka Orlando Tobias Edward Higginbottom) has composed the original music for the first episode of the new Netflix original series Neo Yokio. Jesse Novak (BoJack Horseman, The Mindy Project) has scored the second and sixth episode of the series and EDM artist BATHS (aka Will Wiesenfeld) composed the music for the third episode and also contributed a piece for the sixth episode. The anime series’ fourth episode features original music by singer/songwriter Dev Hynes (also known as Blood Orange).
