SATV will release a soundtrack album for the Sky Atlantic series Save Me. The album features the original music from the show’s first season composed by Academy Award nominee Dustin O’Halloran (Lion, Transparent, Like Crazy) and Bryan Senti (Experimenter, Lowriders). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 18, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Save Me is created by Lennie James, directed by Nick Murphy and stars James himself, alongside Suranne Jones, Stephen Graham, Jason Flemyng, Susan Lynch, Kerry Godliman, Nadine Marshall and Barry Ward. The drama is set on a southeast London housing estate and follows a man who is falsely accused of a terrible crime an determines to clear his name and find the real perpetrator.

Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Lost in Space’ to Be Released
Lakeshore Records will release a soundtrack album for the Netflix original series Lost in Space. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first season composed by Emmy Award nominee Christopher Lennertz (Horrible Bosses, Sausage Party, Agent Carter, Supernatural, Ride Along, Baywatch). Natalie Holt to Score BBC’s ‘Press’
Natalie Holt has been hired to score the upcoming BBC drama Press. The show is created by Mike Bartlett (Doctor Foster, King Charles III) and stars Charlotte Riley, Ben Chaplin, Priyanga Burford, Paapa Essiedu, Shane Zaza, Ellie Kendrick, Al Weaver, Brendan Cowell and David Suchet. The series centers on the news editor of a broadsheet and the editor of a tabloid newspaper, The Post and follows their lives as they attempt to balance work and play, ambition and integrity, amid the pressure of the 24-hour global news cycle and an industry in turmoil.
Lifetime’s ‘Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance’ to Feature Music by Mario Grigorov
Mario Grigorov is scoring the upcoming Lifetime original movie Harry & Meghan: A Royal Romance. The film is directed by Menhaj Huda (Kidulthood) and stars Murray Fraser & Parisa Fitz-Henley in the title roles, alongside Bonnie Soper as Princess Diana, Maggie Sullivun as Queen Elizabeth II, Steve Coulter as Prince Charles and Deborah Ramsay as Camilla Bowles. Scarlett Lacey wrote the script. Merideth Finn and Michele Weiss are executive producing the project.
Ilan Eshkeri Scoring BBC’s & Netflix’s ‘Watership Down’ Mini-Series
Ilan Esherki is composing the music for the upcoming BBC and Netflix animated mini-series Watership Down. The 4-parter is written by Tom Bidwell (My Mad Fat Diary) based on Richard Adams’ novel, directed by Noam Murro (300: Rise of the Empire) and features the voices of James McAvoy, Nicholas Hoult, Ben Kingsley, John Boyega, Gemma Arterton, Miles Jupp, Freddie Fox, Olivia Colman and Anne-Marie Duff. The series is set in the idyllic rural landscape of southern England and follows a band of rabbits on their flight from the intrusion of man and the certain destruction of their home.
‘The Newspaperman: The Life and Times of Ben Bradlee’ Soundtrack Announced
Lakeshore Records has announced a soundtrack album for the HBO documentary The Newspaperman: The Life and Times of Ben Bradlee. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award nominee Gary Lionelli (O.J.: Made in America, Last Days in Vietnam, Luck). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 13, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. The Newspaperman is directed by John Maggio and recounts the life of legendary Washington Post editor, Ben Bradlee. The documentary, which features interviews with Bob Woodward, Carl Bernstein, Henry Kissinger and Robert Redford, among others, premiered this past December on HBO.

‘Star Trek: Discovery’ Season 1 – Chapter 2 Soundtrack Details
The full details of the second soundtrack album for the CBS All Access original series Star Trek: Discovery. The album features selections of the original music from Chapter 2 (episodes 10-15) from the show’s first season composed by Emmy Award winner Jeff Russo (Fargo, Legion, The Night Of, Snowfall, Counterpart, Power). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 6, 2018 by Lakeshore Records and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A CD version is set to come out in May and can be ordered here. The label has previously released a soundtrack featuring the composer’s music from Chapter 1 (episodes 1-9). A vinyl release featuring selections from both chapters is also in the works.

WaterTower Music has released composer Ramin Djawadi‘s cover version of the Nirvana song Heart-Shaped Box from the latest trailer for the second season of HBO’s Westworld. The album features the drama’s original music composed by Emmy Award nominee Dominik Scherrer (The Missing, Requiem, Ripper Street, Primeval). The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 6, 2018 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. The City & The City is developed by Tony Grisoni based on the novel of the same name by China Mieville and stars David Morrisey, Maria Schrader, Christian Camargo, Mandeep Dhillon, Ron Cook and Danny Webb.
