Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the animated feature Hoppers directed by Daniel Chong and starring Piper Curda, Bobby Moynihan, Jon Hamm, Dave Franco, Meryl Streep, Kathy Najimy, Vanessa Bayer and Eduardo Franco. The film’s original music is composed by Mark Mothersbaugh (Thor: Ragnarok, The Royal Tenenbaums, A Minecraft Movie, The LEGO Movie, C21/22 Jump Street, loudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Croods: A New Age). Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as an original song by SZA today. Also opening wide is the gothic romance The Bride! written and directed by Maggie Gyllenhaal and starring Jessie Buckley, Christian Bale, Annette Bening, Peter Sarsgaard, Jake Gyllenhaal and Penélope Cruz. Hildur Guðnadóttir (Joker, Chernobyl, Women Talking, 28 Years Later: The Bone Temple, A Haunting in Venice, Hedda, Tar, Sicario: Day of the Soldado) has composed the film’s original score. Abel Korzeniowski (A Single Man, Penny Dreadful, Nocturnal Animals, The Nun, Till, W.E., Emily, The Courier, Escape from Tomorrow, Romeo and Juliet) has been tapped to score the upcoming Polish/British thriller Good Boy. The film is directed by Jan Komasa (Corpus Christi, The Hater) and stars Stephen Graham, Andrea Riseborough and Anson Boon. The movie follows a 19-year old teenage criminal who leads his friends in acts of horrifying violence, until he gets kidnapped one night and finds himself at the center of a dysfunctional family dynamic.

WaterTower Music will release a soundtrack album for the supernatural horror thriller The Watchers. The album features the film’s original music composed by Abel Korzeniowski (A Single Man, Nocturnal Animals, Penny Dreadful, The Nun, W.E., Till, Emily, The Courier, Escape from Tomorrow, Romeo and Juliet). The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, May 31 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. The Watchers is written and directed by Ishana Night Shyamalan and stars Dakota Fanning, Georgina Campbell, Oliver Finnegan and Olwen Fouere. The movie produced by M. Mercury Classics will release the official soundtrack album for the biographical drama Till. The album features the film’s original music composed by Abel Korzeniowski (A Single Man, Penny Dreadful, Nocturnal Animals, The Nun, The Courier, W.E., Romeo and Juliet). The soundtrack is set to be released digitally on October 28 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. A CD version and vinyl edition is set to come out in 2023.
