FatCat Records will release a soundtrack album for the Austrian/German drama Rose. The album features the film’s original music composed by singer/songwriter Tara Nome Doyle who has made her feature scoring debut on the project. The soundtrack will be released digitally on April 17 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also check out the track list. A first track is already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. A limited vinyl edition will also be coming out on the same day. Rose is co-written and directed by Markus Schleinzer and stars Sandra Hüller, Caro Braun, Marisa Growaldt, Godehard Giese qnd Augustino Renken. The movie is set in the early 17th century and follows a soldier who arrives at an isolated Protestant village in Germany claiming to be the heir to an abandoned farmstead. Musichub has released a soundtrack album for the German/Turkish political drama Yellow Letters (Gelbe Briefe). Anchor Records will release a soundtrack album for the Japanese Netflix original series Sins of Kujo (Kujô no Taizai). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by O.N.O (of the Japanese alternative hip hop trio Tha Blue Herb). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 2 and will be available to stream on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to the first two tracks after the jump. Sins of Kujo is written by Nonji Nemoto based on Shohei Manabe’s bestselling manga of the same name and stars Yuya Yagira, Hokuto Matsumura, Elaiza Ikeda, Takuma Otoo, Keita Machida, Takenori Goto, Kaito Yoshimura, Shunsuke Tanaka, Rintaro Mizusawa and Kodai Kurosaki. Binary Acoustics has released a digital version of the soundtrack album for the 2007 indie drama Look written and directed by Adam Rifki and starring Rachel Vacca, Sebastian Feldman, Rhys Coiro, Heather Hogan, Jennifer Fontaine and Bailee Madison. The album features the film’s original score composed by BT (The Fast and the Furious, Go!, Monster, Under Suspicion, Driven, Catch and Release, Solace).
