Antoni Komasa-Łazarkiewicz (In Darkness, Copying Beethoven, Quo Vadis, Aida?, In the Rearview, Rosemary’s Baby) and Mary Komasa (Cracow Monsters, Charlatan) has composed the film’s original music. Premiering on Friday, January 5, in the U.S. is the horror thriller Before I Wake co-written and directed by Mike Flanagan and starring Kate Bosworth, Thomas Jane, Annabeth Gish, Dash Mihok and Jacob Tremblay. The Newton Brothers (Oculus, Ouija: Origin of Evil, Life of Crime, Gerald’s Game) have composed the film’s original score and Danny Elfman (Spider-Man, Batman, Alice in Wonderland) has provided the themes and additional music. Vincent Jones has signed on to score the upcoming Freeform original series Grown-ish. The show is a spin-off of ABC’s hit comedy Black-ish and stars Yara Shahidi, Deon Cole, Chris Parnell, Emily Arlook, Trevor Jackson, Francia Raisa and Jordan Buhat. The series follows Zoey Johnson as she heads to college and begins her hilarious journey to adulthood but quickly discovers that not everything goes her way once she leaves the nest. Black-ish creator Kenya Barris is executive producing the ABC Studios production with Anthony Anderson, Laurence Fishburne, Helen Sugland and Brian Dobbins. 
One of Amazon’s drama pilots is the mystery drama The After created by Chris Carter (The X-Files, Millennium) and starring Sharon Lawrence, Jamie Kennedy, Aldis Hodge, Andrew Howard, Adrian Pasdar, Arielle Kebbel, Jaina Lee Ortiz and Louise Monot.
