Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for Ridley Scott’s historical drama Napoleon. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emmy Award nominee Martin Phipps (The Crown, Woman in Gold, War & Peace, Victoria,The Honourable Woman, Peaky Blinders, The Aftermath). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, November 22 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. The movie details the checkered rise and fall of the iconic French Emperor Napoleon Bonaparte and chronicles his relentless journey to power through the prism of his volatile, addictive, relationship with his one true love, Josephine.

Sony Classical will release a new soundtrack album for the Netflix original series The Crown. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s sixth and final season composed by Martin Phipps (Woman in Gold, Napoleon, The Honourable Woman, War & Peace, Victoria, The Aftermath, Peaky Blinders) who has previously scored the last three seasons. The sequel to the 1970 classic The Railway Children (scored by Johnny Douglas) is set 40 years after the events of the original and follows a new group of children who are evacuated to a Yorkshire village during World War II, where they encounter a young soldier.
