The album features selections of the show’s original music, including the themes composed by Max Richter (The Leftovers, Ad Astra, Mary Queen of Scots, Hostiles, Waltz with Bashir, Taboo, Spaceman) and the score composed by Jon Opstad (Bodies, The Woman in White, Black Mirror: White Christmas & White Bear, We Hunt Together, Safe House). Soundtrack Album for Netflix’s ‘Bodies’ to Be Released
Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the British Netflix limited series Bodies. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Jon Opstad (The Woman in White, Black Mirror: White Christmas & White Bear, We Hunt Together, Safe House, The Feed) . The soundtrack will be released digitally this Friday, October 20. Visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download the album. Bodies is created by Paul Tomalin and stars Jacob Fortune-Lloyd, Shira Haas, Stephen Graham, Amaka Okafor, Greta Scacchi, Kyle Soller and Tom Mothersdale. The crime drama is based on Si Spencer’s graphic novel of the same title and revolves around detectives in four different time periods between 1890 and 2053 who find themselves investigating the same murder in London’s East End’s Longharvest Lane.

Premiering on Thursday, October 19, is the animated special Peter and the Wolf directed by Elliot Dear and Stephen McNally. The Blink Industries’ music is arranged by Maurice Seezer & Gavin Friday (based on Sergei Prokofiev’s symphony) and performed by The Friday-Seezer Ensemble. BMG will release a soundtrack album featuring the animated short’s music this coming Friday. Also premiering on Thursday is the Max original animated series Scavengers Reign created by Joseph Bennett & Charles Huettner and starring Wunmi Mosaku, Bob Stephenson, Ted Travelstead, Sunita Mani and Alia Shawkat. Nicolas Snyder has composed the show’s original music. The animated sci-fi adventure, which follows the remaining crew of a damaged interstellar freighter ship who find themselves stranded on an alien planet, will be available to stream on Max.

The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and any other major digital music services), where you can also check out audio samples. The Feed is created by Channing Powell based on Nick Clark Windor’s novel of the same title and stars Guy Burnet, Nina Toussaint-White, Michelle Fairley and David Thewlis. The sci-fi drama is set in a near future where high-tech implants allow human brains to have direct connections to the internet.

Manners McDade has released a soundtrack album for the BBC documentary Surviving 9/11. Surviving 9/11 directed by Arthur Cary (The Last Survivors) moves between accounts of the two-hour period when terrorists attacked the Twin Towers and the Pentagon and hijacked Flight 93 and the story of the 20 years since. The movie brings together 13 ordinary people who were caught in an event they weren’t able to fully comprehend at the time and which they are still working through.
