The show is developed by Kate Brooke (Bancroft, Mr Selfridge) & Ed Whitmore (Manhunt, Identity) based on Bernard Cornwell’s Warlord Chronicles and stars Iain De Caestecker, Eddie Marsan, Ellie James, Stuart Campbell, Nathaniel Martello-White, Daniel Ings, Jordan Alexandra, Valene Kane and Simon Merrells. Toei Company has released a soundtrack album for the Japanese action adventure Revolver Lily. The album features the film’s original music composed by Yoshihiro Hanno (Mountains May Depart, The Best Is Yet to Come, Winter Boy). The soundtrack is now available to stream/download here. Check out the composer’s opening theme after the jump. Revolver Lily is directed by Isao Yukisada and stars Haruka Ayase, Hiroki Hasegawa, Shishido Kavka, Jinsei Hamura and Kotone Furukawa. The movie is set in 1924 and centers on a woman who killed 57 people as a spy before going underground as the madam of a small brothel, where she encounters an orphan who holds the key to finding a large sum of money reported missing by the Imperial Japanese Army. The show is created by Coben (The Stranger, Stay Close) and stars Jaden Michael, Constance Zimmer, Adrian Greensmith, Tovah Feldshuh, Abby Corrigan, Sage Linder and Brian Altemus. The 8-part thriller follows a teenager who – after the sudden death of his father – leads him to start a new life in Kasselton, New Jersey, where he quickly finds himself tangled in the mysterious disappearance of a new student at his school, which leads to uncovering unimaginable secrets within their quiet suburban community. The 6-track EP features the film’s original score composed by Miranda y Tobar (aka José Miguel Miranda & José Miguel Tobar) (Machuca, Nostalgia for the Light, The Pearl Button). The film is directed by Anand Tucker (Hilary & Jackie, Shopgirl) and stars Gemma Arterton, Ian McKellen, Mark Strong, Lesley Manville, Romola Garai, Ben Barnes and Alfred Enoch. The movie based on Anthony Quinn’s classic novel Curtain Call is set in the theatre world in 1934 London and follows two adversaries who are forced to take desperate measures to save their careers.
