Milan Records has released a soundtrack album for the French/Belgian limited series George Untamed Spirit (La rebelle: Les aventures de la jeune George Sand). The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Philippe Jakko (Enemy Lines, 5lbs of Pressure, Meet the Barbarians, Allies, Notre Dame, Kaufman’s Game). George Untamed Spirit is created by Georges-Marc Benamou & Henri Helmane and stars Nine d’Urso, Vincent Londez, Barbara Pravi, Jonathan Turnbull, Oscar Lesage and David Kammenos. The 4-drama directed by Rodolphe Tissot tells the story of Aurore Dupin who fled Nohant for Paris to escape her violent husband in the early 19th Century and – by wearing men’s clothing and smoking a pipe in cabarets – went on to become the first female writer ever to make a living from her books.

‘5lbs of Pressure’ Soundtrack to Be Released
Plaza Mayor Company will release a soundtrack album for the action thriller 5lbs of Pressure. The album features the film’s original music composed by Philippe Jakko (Enemy Lines, Kaufman’s Game, Notre Dame, Allies). The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, June 14 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. 5lbs of Pressure is written and directed by Phil Allocco and stars Luke Evans, Rory Culkin, Rudy Pankow, Stephanie Leonidas, Zac Adams, Savannah Steyn, Lorraine Burroughs and Alex Pettyfer. The movie follows an ex-con who returns back to his old neighborhood walking the path of forgiveness when he crosses destinies with an unhappy drug dealer, resulting in violence and redemption.

Last week, Philippe Jakko (Enemy Lines, Allies, Kaufman’s Game, Notre Dame) has recorded his score for the upcoming crime thriller 5lbs of Pressure. The film is written and directed by Phil Allocco (The Truth About Lies) and stars Luke Evans, Alex Pettyfer, Rory Culkin and Rudy Pankow. The movie revolves around a man on a quest for redemption who returns to his old neighborhood to put his inner demons to rest while the brother of the man he killed seeks revenge.
‘Enemy Lines’ Soundtrack Details
MovieScore Media will release a soundtrack album for the action drama Enemy Lines. The album features the film’s original score composed by Philippe Jakko (Kaufman’s Game, Allies, Notre Dame, Heartstrings). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, May 8 and will be available to stream/download here. Enemy Lines is directed by Anders Banke and stars Ed Westwick, John Hannah, Tom Wisdom, Corey Johnson and Ekaterina Valdimirova. The movie is set in 1943 and revolves around a British commando squad that is teamed with an American officer on a covert mission into Poland and cross the harsh wilderness intent on kidnapping and extracting a sought-after Polish scientist from the Germans.
