Walt Disney Records will release a soundtrack album for the Disney Branded Television’s animated movie Big City Greens the Movie: Spacecation. The album features the film’s original songs co-written and original score composed by Joachim Horsley (Gordita Chronicles, Batman: Soul of the Dragon, The Baker and the Beauty, Spirit Riding Free) who previously scored the Big City Greens TV series. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 7 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Premiering on Thursday, June 23, is the Paramount+ original movie Beavis and Butt-Head Do the Universe written and directed by Mike Judge and staring Judge, Gary Cole, Nat Faxon, Chris Diamantopoulos, Chi McBride, Tig Notaro, Brian Huskey, Stephen Root, Andrea Savage, Martin Starr and Jimmy O. Joachim Horsley Scoring ABC’s ‘The Baker and the Beauty’
Joachim Horsley (Spirit Riding Free, Big City Greens, 2307: Winter’s Dream, Rapture-Palooza) is scoring the new ABC comedy drama The Baker and the Beauty. The show is developed by Dean Georgaris (The Meg, The Manchurian Candidate) based on the hit Israeli show created by Assi Azar and stars Victor Rasuk, Nathalie Kelley, Carlos Gómez, Dan Bucatinsky, Lisa Vidal, David Del Rio, Belissa Escobedo and Michelle Veintimilla. The series revolves around a blue-collar baker whose life moves into the spotlight when strikes up a relationship with an international superstar.
‘2307: Winter’s Dream’ Soundtrack Details
LittleHorse Group will release a soundtrack album for the sci-fi drama 2307: Winter’s Dream. The album features the film’s original music composed by Joachim Horsley (Rapture-Palooza) featuring Rebekah Del Rio. The soundtrack will be released digitally this hursday, October 5, and is now available for pre-order on Amazon, where you can also listen to audio samples. 2307: Winter’s Dream is written and directed by Joey Curtis and stars Ptaul Sidhu, Arielle Holmes, Timothy Lee DePriest, Anne-Solenne Hatte, Kelcey Watson, Brad Potts and Branden Colest. The movie is set in 2307 and follows a soldier who is sent on a mission to hunt down the leader of the humanoid rebellion.

Two new movies are opening in wide release this weekend:
Expected to top the weekend box office is the horror thriller The Purge directed by James DeMonaco, produced by Michael Bay and Jason Blum and starring Ethan Hawke and Lena Headey. The film’s original score is composed by Nathan Whitehead. Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score earlier this week. Also opening wide is the comedy The Internship directed by Shawn Levy and starring Vince Vaughn, Owen Wilson, Rose Byrne and Max Minghella. Christophe Beck (The Hangover, The Muppets) who has previously collaborated with Levy on such films as Cheaper by the Dozen, The Pink Panther and Date Night has composed the film’s original score. No soundtrack album has been announced at this point. The comedy follows two salesmen whose careers have been torpedoed by the digital world and who talk their way into a coveted internship at Google.
