Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the psychological thriller Blink Twice co-written and directed by Zoë Kravitz and starring Naomi Ackie, Channing Tatum, Adria Arjona, Kyle MacLachlan, Christian Slater, Haley Joel Osment, Simon Rex, Geena Davis and Alia Shawkat. The film’s original music is composed by Chanda Dancy (Lawmen: Bass Reeves, Devotion, I Wanna Dance with Somebody, The Defeated, Aftershock). Lakeshore Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide is the action thriller The Crow directed by Rupert Sanders and starring Bill Skarsgard, FKA Twigs, Sami Bouajila, Karel Dobry, Jordan Bolger, Josette Simon, Laura Birn and Danny Huston. Volker Bertelmann (All Quiet on the Western Front, Hotel Mumbai, Lion, Adrift, Patrick Melrose, The Old Guard, Ammonite) has composed the film’s original music. No word yet on a soundtrack release. ‘Lady Scorpions’ Soundtrack Album Details

East Bank Studios will release a soundtrack album for the martial arts action thriller Lady Scorpions. The album features the film’s original music composed by Joe Wong (Russian Doll, Will Trent, Master of None, To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, The Midnight Gospel, Krapopolis, Lucky Hank). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, August 23 and will be available to stream/download on all major digital music services, including Amazon. Also listen to the composer’s title track below. Lady Scorpions is directed by Bruce Del Castillo and stars Cynthia Rothrock, Caitlin Dechelle and Jeff Fahey. The movie presented by Tiger Style Media follows an ex-FBI agent whose fight against a crime syndicate becomes personal when they kidnap her granddaughter and – together with her daughter – has to outmaneuver and defeat the syndicate’s henchmen in a calculated game of cat and mouse.

Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s original animated series Carol & The End of the World. The album features selections of the show’s original music composed by Joe Wong (Russian Doll, Master of None,To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before, The Midnight Gospel, Krapoolis Will Trent, Lucky Hank). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, December 15. Visit Amazon or any other major digital music services to stream/download the album. Carol & The End of the World is created by Dan Guterman and features the voices of Martha Kelly, Kimberly Hébert Gregory, Mel Rodriguez, Michael Chernus, Lawrence Pressman and Beth Grant. The dramedy is set at Railton College and revolves around the unlikely chairman of the English department in a badly underfunded college in a working-class American town whose life starts to unravel, while his wife begins to question the path she’s on and the choices she’s made.
