Premiering tonight is the new Epix original series Pennyworth developed by Bruno Heller based on DC characters created by Bob Kane & Bill Finger and starring Jack Bannon, Paloma Faith, Ben Aldridge, Hainsley Lloyd Bennett, Ryan Fletcher, Jason Flemyng and Polly Walker. The show’s original music is composed by David Russo (Gotham, Nikita, The Tomorrow People). Check out our previous news article to learn more about the drama, which will air Sunday nights on Epix.

Premiering on Wednesday, July 31, is the spy thriller The Red Sea Diving Resort written and directed by Gideon Raff and starring Chris Evans, Haley Bennett, Michael K. Williams, Michiel Huisman, Alessandro Nivola, Greg Kinnear and Ben Kingsley. Mychael Danna (Life of Pi, Moneyball, The Good Dinosaur, Storks, Capote, Little Miss Sunshine) has composed the film’s original music. First Song from Disney Channel’s ‘Descendants 3’ Released

Walt Disney Records has released the first song from the soundtrack for the Disney Channel original movie Descendants 3. The track, Good to Be Bad, is written by Antonina Armato, Thomas Sturges, Adam Schmalholz & Tim James and performed by cast members Dove Cameron, Sofia Carson, Booboo Stewart, Cameron Boyce, Jadah Marie and Anna Cathcart. Celica Westbrook’s ‘Welcome to Amphibia’ from Disney Channel’s ‘Amphibia’ Released

Walt Disney Records has released the original song Welcome to Amphibia from the Disney Channel animated series Amphibia. The track, which is performed by Celica Westbrook, is now available to download on Amazon. Check out the official music video after the jump. Amphibia is created by Matt Braly (Gravity Falls) and stars Brenda Song and Justin Felbinger. The show follows a 13-year old girl who – after stealing a mysterious music box – is magically transported to the world of Amphibia, a wild marshland full of talking frog-people.

‘Rapunzel’s Tangled Adventure’ Soundtrack Released

Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack album for the Disney Channel animated series Rapunzel’s Tangled Adventure. The album features the original songs from the show written by Academy Award winner Alan Menken (Beauty and the Beast, Aladdin, The Little Mermaid) and Glenn Slater (Galavant, UglyDolls) and performed by cast members Mandy Moore, Zachary Levi, Eden Espinosa, Jeff Ross, James Monroe Iglehart and Fred Tatasciore. Also included are three tracks from the show’s original score composed by Kevin Kliesch (Sofia the First, Thundercats). The soundtrack is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples.

Songs from Disney Channel’s ‘101 Dalmatian Street’ Released

Walt Disney Records has released three songs from the animated TV series 101 Dalmatian Street, including the opening theme I’ve Got My Pups with Me performed by Kathryn D. Rende and the end titles song It’s a Dog’s Life performed by Celica Gray. The 3-track single is now available to download on Amazon, where you can also check out audio samples. 101 Dalmatian Street is developed by Anttu Harlin & Joonas Utti based on Disney’s 101 Dalmatians franchise and features the voices of Josh Brener, Michaela Dietz, Rhashan Stone and Ella Kenion.

Walt Disney Records has released the theme song from the new Disney Channel original series Fast Layne. The song, entitled Just Wanna Go, is written by Jordan Powers & Jintae Ko and performed by Rayla. The track is now available to download as a digital single on Amazon. Also listen to the full song after the jump. Fast Layne is created by Travis Braun and stars Sophie Pollono, Sofia Rosinsky, Brandon Rossel and Winslow Fegley. The comedy follows a 12-year-old overachiever who finds her orderly life thrown into a tailspin when she discovers a sophisticated talking car named V.I.N. hidden in an abandoned shed.

Premiering on Tuesday, February 12 is the TBS original series Miracle Workers created by Simon Rich based on his book What in God’s Name and starring Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan and Karan Soni. No composer is credited on the show. Rob Hill serves as the project’s music supervisor. Walt Disney Records has released the theme song Call Me, Beep Me! from the upcoming Disney Channel live-action movie Kim Possible performed by the film’s lead actress Sadie Stanley. The track is an updated version of the theme song from the  animated TV series of the same title, which was performed by Christina Milian. The song, which was originally written by Andrew Gabriel & Cory Lerios, is now available to download as a digital single on Amazon. Listen to the full track after the jump. Premiering tonight is the 11th season of BBC’s Doctor Who executive produced by Chris Chibnall, Matt Strevens & Sam Hoyle and starring Jodie Whittaker, Tosin Cole, Mandip Gill and Bradley Walsh. The show’s new composer is Segun Akinola who is taking over from Murray Gold who has scored the previous seasons. Check out our scoring assignment announcement for more information. The new season of Doctor Who will air in the U.S. on BBC America and in the UK on BBC One.

Also premiering tonight is the new animated series Star Wars Resistance created by Dave Filoni and featuring the voices of Christopher Sean, Bobby Moynihan, Suzie McGrath, Scott Lawrence, Myrna Velasco, Josh Brener, Donald Faison, Jim Rash and Lex Lang. The show’s original music is composed by Michael Tavera (Drowning Mona, Lilo & Stitch: The Series, Guardians of the Galaxy TV series).
