Silva Screen Records has announced a soundtrack album for the documentary Missile from the East. The album features the film’s original music composed by Benji Merrison (SAS: Red Notice, The Beatles and India, General Magic) & Will Slater (Dynasties, The Green Planet). Missile from the East is directed by Justin Stokes and tells the true story of champion East German motorcycle racer Ernst Degner who risked his and his family’s life to defect to West Germany during the Swedish Grand Prix in 1961, taking MZ’s groundbreaking engine technology with him and helping Suzuki win its first Grand Prix Championship. Walt Disney Records has released a soundtrack EP for Disney’s stop-motion holiday special Mickey Saves Christmas. The 5-track EP features the original songs from the special written by Laura Schein and Ben Zeadman (Honor Society) and a cover of the Christmas carol Up on the Housetop. The soundtrack is now available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Listen to all five songs below. Mickey Saves Christmas is directed by David H. Brooks and stars real-life couple Brock Powell and Camryn Grimes. The Disney Branded Television production follows Mickey and his friends must travel to the North Pole to save Christmas when Pluto’s attempts to play fetch accidentally cause Santa to crash his sleigh and lose all the presents. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s third season composed by Mr Kamera. DreamWorks Animation Premieres New Logo Sequence Featuring Music by Harry Gregson-Williams

DreamWorks Animation has premiered the studios’ new animated logo sequence, which will be first seen in front of its latest animated feature Puss in Boots: The Last Wish, which is receiving sneak preview showings in select theaters this Saturday, November 26 and is set to be released in theaters on December 21. Harry Gregson-Williams (The Martian, The Chronicles of Narnia, Kingdom of Heaven, Man on Fire) has composed the sequence’s music, which features his (and John Powell’s) theme from the original 2001 Shrek movie and was also used in the studios’ previous logo sequence. La-La Land Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1997 James Bond movie Tomorrow Never Dies directed by Roger Spottiswoode and starring Pierce Brosnan, Jonathan Pryce, Michelle Yeoh, Teri Hatcher and Judi Dench. The 2-CD set features the expanded and remastered original score from the MGM production composed by David Arnold (Independence Day, Casino Royale, Die Another Day, Stargate, Sherlock, Quantum of Solace), including previously unreleased music, as well as the opening and closing titles songs, Tomorrow Never Dies performed by Sheryl Crow and Surrender performed by k.d. lang, and alternate score and source cues.
