Globe Soundtrack & Score will release a soundtrack album for the film adaptation of the stage musical Greatest Days. The album features the Take That hit songs from the film performed by the movie’s cast. Also included are selections of the musical’s score composed by Oli Julian (Sex Education, The Full Monty, Breeders, Catastrophe) & Nick Foster (Thunderbirds Are Go, Misha and the Wolves, In My Skin) who also provided the song arrangements. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 16 and will be available to stream/download here. A CD version will be coming out later this summer and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Greatest Days is directed by Coky Giedroyc and stars Aisling Bea, Alice Lowe, Jayde Adams, Amaka Okafor, Lara McDonnell, Marc Wooton, Jessie Mae Alonzo, Carragon Guest, Eliza Dobson, Nandi Hudson, Aaron Bryan, Joshua Jung, Dalvin Cory, Mervin Noronha and Mark Samaras. The movie follows five best friends who have the night of their lives seeing their favorite boy band in concert and – 25 years later – reunite for one more epic show by their beloved band, to relight their friendship. The musical is being released in UK theaters this weekend.
