Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend while also premiering on Peacock today is the horror movie Five Nights at Freddy’s directed by Emma Tammi and starring Josh Hutcherson, Elizabeth Lail, Matthew Lillard, Mary Stuart Masterson, Kat Conner Sterling and Piper Rubio. The film’s original music is composed by The Newton Brothers (The Haunting of Hill House, The Fall of the House of Usher, Doctor Sleep, The Forever Purge, Midnight Mass). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score today. Also opening wide is the action comedy Freelance directed by Pierre Morel and starring John Cena, Alison Brie, Marton Csokas, Juan Pablo Raba, Alice Eve and Christian Slater. Elliot Leung (The Rescue, Operation Red Sea, Warriors of Future) has composed the film’s original score and Geoff Zanelli (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Disturbia) has contributed the themes.
