Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the sci-fi thriller Disclosure Day directed by Steven Spielberg and starring Emily Blunt, Josh O’Connor, Eve Hewson, Colin Firth and Colman Domingo. The film’s original music is composed by John Williams (Star Wars, Jurassic Park, E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial, Jaws, Raiders of the Lost Ark, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer’s Stone, Schindler’s List). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today and a CD and vinyl edition will be coming out in the coming months. Also opening wide is the Hong Kong action movie The Furious directed by Kenji Tanigaki and starring Xie Miao, Joe Taslim, Joey Iwanaga, Yang Enyou and Brian Le. Elliot Leung (Operation Red Sea, The Rescue, Operation Avalanche, Cesium Fallout, Freelance, Warriors of Future) and Olivia Xiaolin have composed the film’s original music. Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score today and Brainfeeder has released the original song Mudhole by Flying Lotus as Captain Murphy last week. Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the Hong Kong action movie The Furious. The album features the film’s original score composed by Elliot Leung (Operation Red Sea, The Rescue, Freelance, Cesium Fallout, Warriors of Future) and Olivia Xiaolin. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, June 12 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Also listen to Leung’s title track below. As previously reported, Brainfeeder has released Flying Lotus/Captain Murphy’s original song Mudhole as a digital single last week. The Furious is directed by Kenji Tanigaki and stars Xie Miao, Joe Taslim, Yang Enyou, Joey Iwanaga and Brian Le. The action epic follows a man who sets out on a rampage to find his daughter after she gets kidnapped by a criminal network and he receives no help from the corrupt police.

Milan Records will release a soundtrack album for the Chinese action thriller Operation Hadal. The album features the film’s original music composed by Elliot Leung (Operation Red Sea, The Rescue, Cesium Fallout, Freelance, Warriors of Future). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, January 29. Operation Hadal is directed by Dante Lam and stars Xuan Huang, Yosh Yu and Bryan Larkin. The movie takes place after an army of mercenaries have occupied an offshore platform in Chinese territorial waters by force and follows a group of Chinese Navy members who sail to repel the invaders as the Jiao Long commando team prepares for a fierce fight in the deep sea.

The film’s original music is composed by The Newton Brothers (The Haunting of Hill House, The Fall of the House of Usher, Doctor Sleep, The Forever Purge, Midnight Mass). Back Lot Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composers’ score today. Geoff Zanelli (Pirates of the Caribbean: Dead Men Tell No Tales, Disturbia, Maleficent: Mistress of Evil, Christopher Robin) has provided the themes for the movie directed by Pierre Morel (Taken, Peppermint) and starring John Cena, Alison Brie, Juan Pablo Raba, Marton Csokas, Alice Eve and Christian Slater. The film follows an ex special forces operative stuck in a dead-end desk job who reluctantly takes on a job to provide private security for a washed-up journalist as she interviews a ruthless dictator.
