The film’s original music is composed by The Newton Brothers (The Haunting of Hill House, The Fall of the House of UsherDoctor Sleep, The Forever Purge, Midnight Mass). Sypher Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score, as well as a song by Chris Quilala today. Opening semi-wide in several hundred theaters is the animated comedy Inspector Sun (Inspector Sun y la maldición de la viuda negra) directed by Julio Soto Gúrpide and starring Ronny Chieng, Emily Kleimo, Rich Orlow, Jennifer Childs Greer and Iain Batchelor.The film’s original music is composed by Fernando Velazquez (The Impossible, A Monster Calls,The Orphanage, Hercules, Crimson Peak, Devil). No soundtrack album has been announced. The movie opened in Spain and other international markets over the last year and is being distributed in the U.S. by Viva Pictures.

Opening in select theaters this weekend before expanding nationwide on November 10 is the comedy drama The Holdovers directed by Alexander Payne and starring Paul Giamatti, Da’Vine Joy Randolph and Dominic Sessa. Mark Orton (Nebraska, My Old Lady, The Good Girl12 Mighty Orphans) has composed the film’s original score. Also opening in select theaters before expanding nationwide next Friday, November 3, is the biographical drama Priscilla written and directed by Sofia Coppola and starring Cailee Spaeny, Jacob Elordi and Dagmara Domińczyk. The French indie pop band Phoenix (Lost in Translation, On the Rocks, Somewhere) have written original music and also serves as the project’s music supervisor, alongside Randall Poster. Sons of Raphael also contributed original music. No word on a soundtrack release for the movie, which premiered at this year’s Venice Film Festival and is being released by A24.

Opening in select theaters today before premiering on November 10 on Netflix is the thriller The Killer directed by David Fincher and starring Michael Fassbender, Tilda Swinton, Arliss Howard, Sophie Charlotte, Charles Parnell and Gabriel Polanco. The film’s original music is composed by Trent Reznor & Atticus Ross (The Social Network, Soul, The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, Watchmen, Gone Girl, Mank).
