Chris Westlake has been hired to score the upcoming romance Before We Go. The film marks the directorial debut of Chris Evans who also stars in the film alongside Alice Eve. The movie, which was originally entitled 1:30 Train, is set in Manhattan and follows two strangers after their serendipitous meeting in Grand Central who form an unlikely bond and the conflicts in their own lives become the basis for exploration into each other and themselves. Ron Bass (Rain Man, Entrapment), Jen Smolka, Chris Shafer and Paul Vicknair have written the screenplay. Evans is also producing the project with McG (Charlie’s Angels, Terminator: Salvation), Mary Viola, Mark Kassen (Puncture), William J. Immerman, Karen & Howard Baldwin (Ray, Sahara). Hans Zimmer to Return for ‘Kung Fu Panda 3’

According to Hans-Zimmer.com, Hans Zimmer will return to score DreamWorks Animation’s upcoming sequel Kung Fu Panda 3. The film is directed by Jennifer Yuh Nelson who previously helmed the second part in the series and features the voice talent of Jack Black, Angelina Jolie, Bryan Cranston, Mads Mikkelsen and Rebel Wilson. The movie continues the journey of Po as he is mastering the art of Kung Fu and faces two threats: one supernatural and the other a little closer to home. Jonathan Aibel and Glenn Berger (Monsters vs. Aliens) who penned the previous two movies have written the screenplay. Antony Partos is composing the music for the upcoming indie drama 99 Homes. The film is directed by Ramin Bahrani (Goodbye Solo) and stars Andrew Garfield, Michael Shannon and Laura Dern. The movie follows an unemployed construction worker who joins an unscrupulous realtor in the dirty business of foreclosing on the disenfranchised in order to save his family home. Bahrani has written the screenplay with Amir Naderi & Bahareh Azimi. The director and Garfield are also producing the Hyde Park Entertainment production with Ashok Amritraj (Walking Tall, Life of Crime, Bandits) and Justin Nappi (Arbitrage, All Is Lost).
