Raül Refree (La Bola Negra, One Year, One Night, Between Two Waters) has released a soundtrack album for the Spanish fantasy drama Bad Beast (Mala bèstia). The album features the composer’s original score from the film and is now available to stream/download on Amazon (and most other major digital music platforms), where you can also check out the track list. Also listen to Refree’s first track after the jump. Bad Beast is co=written and directed by Bàrbara Farré and stars Iria del Río, Roger Casamajor and Maria Schwinning. The movie tells the story of a teenage girl in boarding school unwilling to grow up, but when a couple decides to take her in, the fear of being replaced awakens an instinct that will drive her to do the unthinkable. The drama premiered at this year’s Málaga Film Festival and is being released in Spanish theaters this weekend.
