Divine Art will release a soundtrack album for the French/Japanese drama All of a Sudden (Soudain). The album features the film’s original score composed by Samuel Andreyev. The soundtrack will be released digitally next Friday, August 7 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Two first tracks (Night Train & Soudain (Reprise)) are already available to stream/download now and can be checked out after the jump. All of a Sudden is co-written and directed by Ryusuke Hamaguchi and stars Virginie Efira, Tao Okamoto, Kyozo Nagatsuka, Jean-Charles Clichet, Kodai Kurosaki, Marie Bunel, Romain Cottard, Gabriel Dahmani and Marie Denarnaud. The movie follows two scholars who exchange letters about chance and risk and whose academic correspondence evolves into intimate discussions about mortality and a deeper connection forms between them as one of them falls ill. The drama, which premiered at this year’s Cannes Film Festival, opened in Japanese markets last month, will open in French theaters next month and will be released in U.S. theaters on November 25 by Neon.
