Milan Records will release the official soundtrack album for the action comedy The Hitman’s Bodyguard. The album features the film’s original music composed by Atli Orvarsson (Vantage Point, Hansel and Gretel: Witch Hunters, The Edge of Seventeen, The Eagle, Babylon A.D.). Also included are songs by Lionel Ritchie, Foreigner, King Harvest and a track written and performed by Samuel L. Jackson. Ryan Shore is scoring the animated mini-series Star Wars: Forces of Destiny. The series features 2-3 minute long shorts that explore fresh adventures of pivotal characters from the Star Wars universe, including Rey, Jyn Erso, Sabine Wren, Princess Leia, Ahsoka Tano and others. Felicity Jones, Daisy Ridley, Ashley Eckstein, Lupita Nyong’o are providing the voices of their respective characters in the shorts produced by Lucasfilm. ‘Lady Jane’ Soundtrack Announced

Quartet Records has announced the world premiere soundtrack release for the 1986 romantic drama Lady Jane directed by Trevor Nunn and starring Helena Bonham Carter, Cary Elwes, Jane Lapotaire, Patrick Stewart, Sara Kestelman and John Wood. The 2-CD album features the original music from the Paramount Pictures production composed by Stephen Oliver. The composer’s full score, as well as source cues are featured on the first disc, and the content of a planned, but never released soundtrack album is included on the second disc. The comedy drama revolves around a 18-year-old on the autism spectrum, who takes a funny, yet painful, journey of self-discovery for love and independence and upends his family. The movie takes place in Germany in 1944 where a 15-year-old girl, daughter of a white German mother and a black father, lives in fear due to the color of her skin and falls in love with the son of a prominent SS officer.
