Four new movies are opening nationwide this week:
Opening in most theaters is the action adventure Rampage directed by Brad Peyton and starring Dwayne Johnson, Naomie Harris, Malin Akerman, Jake Lacy, Joe Manganiello, Jeffrey Dean Morgan, P.J. Byrne and Marley Shelton. The film’s original music is composed by Andrew Lockington (San Andreas, Journey to the Center of the Earth). WaterTower Music has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score and a new track by Kid Cudi. Also opening wide is Blumhouse’s supernatural thriller Truth or Dare directed by Jeff Wadlow and starring Lucy Hale, Tyler Posey, Violett Beane, Nolan Gerard Funk, Hayden Szeto and Sophia Taylor Ali. Matthew Margeson (Kingsman: The Secret Service & The Golden Circle, Eddie the Eagle, Miss Peregrine’s Home for Peculiar Children) has composed the film’s original music.
