Australian Broadcasting Corp (ABC) will release a soundtrack album for the Australian TV series Mystery Road. The album features selections of the original music from the show’s first two seasons composed by Matteo Zingales (99 Homes, Fahrenheit 451) & Antony Partos (Animal Kingdom, The Rover). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, September 2 and will be available to stream/download here. Mystery Road is a spin-off of Ivan Sen’s 2013/2016 features Mystery Road & Goldstone and stars Aaron Pedersen, Judy Davis, Deborah Mailman, Colin Friels, Wayne Blair, Anthony Hayes and Ernie Dingo. The crime drama follows two detectives as they investigating the mysterious disappearance of two young men from a remote Australian Outback town (in the first season) and the mystery of a decapitated body which turns up in the mangroves (in the second season).

Premiering tomorrow, December 10, is the Freeform original movie No Sleep ‘Til Christmas co-written and directed by Phil Traill and starring Dave & Odette Annable, Charles Michael Davis. The film’s original music is composed by Jeff Garber (Lopez, Are You the One?). The holiday comedy centers on a bartender and a businesswoman who find they only have one thing in common: insomnia. Premiering on Friday, December 14 is the Australian Netflix original series Tidelands created by Stephen M. Irwin & Leigh McGrath and starring Charlotte Best, Elsa Pataky and Marco Pigossi. The show’s original music is composed by Matteo Zingales (99 Homes, Fahrenheit 451, The Hunter). The drama revolves around an ex-con’s return to her hometown of Orphelin Bay that blows the lid off a generations-long conspiracy of silence around murder, drugs and Sirens. The show’s full first season will be available to stream worldwide exclusively on Netflix.

The full details of the soundtrack album for the HBO original movie Fahrenheit 451 have been revealed. The album features the film’s original music composed by Matteo Zingales (99 Homes, The Hunter, Secrets & Lies) & Antony Partos (Animal Kingdom, The Rover). The soundtrack is expected to be released digitally this Friday, May 18 by Milan Records (click here to download). A physical version is set to come out next month. Visit Amazon to pre-order the CD and listen to three tracks after the jump. Fahrenheit 451 is directed by Ramin Bahrani and stars Michael B. Jordan, Michael Shannon, Sofia Boutella and Lilly Singh. The movie is based on Ray Bradbury’s classic novel of the same title and portrays a future where the media is an opiate, history is rewritten and “firemen” burn books.

Premiering in the U.S. tonight is the British mini-series Little Women written by Heidi Thomas based on Louisa May Alcott’s classic novel, directed by Vanessa Caswill and starring Maya Hawke, Kathryn Newton, Annes Elwy, Willa Fitzgerald, Emily Watson, Dylan Baker, Angela Lansbury, Michael Gambon and Jonah Hauer-King. The 3-parter’s original score is composed by Stuart Earl (Lilting, My Brother the Devil, And Then There Were None). Matteo Zingales & Antony Partos Scoring HBO’s ‘Fahrenheit 451’
Matteo Zingales (The Hunter, Secrets & Lies) & Antony Partos (Animal Kingdom, The Rover) are reteaming with director Ramin Bahrani on the upcoming HBO original movie Fahrenheit 451. The film starring Michael B. Jordan, Michael Shannon, Sofia Boutella and Lilly Singh is based on Ray Bradbury’s classic novel of the same name, depicting a future where the media is an opiate, history is rewritten and “firemen” burn books. Bahrani (At Any Price, Goodbye Solo) also co-wrote the script with Amir Naderi (Vegas: Based on a True Story) and is executive producing the project with Jordan, Sarah Green (The Tree of Life, Mud, Loving, Frida), Alan Gasmer (Vikings) and Peter Jaysen (Fired Up!).

Expected to top the weekend box office is the animated sequel Hotel Transylvania 2 directed by Genndy Tartakovsky and featuring the voices of Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, Kevin James, Fran Drescher, Steve Buscemi, Molly Shannon, David Spade, Keegan-Michael Key and Mel Brooks. The film’s original music is composed by Mark Mothersbaugh (The Lego Movie, 21/22 Jump Street, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs, The Royal Tenenbaums) who previously scored 2012’s first part in the series. Mark Mothersbaugh (The Lego Movie, 21 Jump Street, The Royal Tenenbaums, Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs) is composing the show’s original music. The Last Man on Earth is set in the year 2022 and follows a man who searches the entire United States for any signs of other living humans after an unknown event wipes out the entire population of Earth. Secrets and Lies follows a man who stumbles across the dead body of his neighbor’s young son whilefor a jog, only to find himself accused of being the murderer. Opening in most theaters is the comedy American Reunion directed by Jon Hurwitz & Hayden Schlossberg and starring Jason Biggs, Seann William Scott, Alyson Hannigan, Thomas Ian Nicholas, Chris Klein, Eugene Levy, Tara Reid, Eddie Kaye Thomas, Jennifer Coolidge and Mena Suvari. The film’s score is written by Lyle Workman (The 40-Year Old Virgin, Superbad). Relativity Music Group has released a soundtrack album featuring two tracks from the composer’s score, as well as the film’s songs by artists including Good Charlotte, Spice Girls, Boyz II Men and Montell Jordan. Already in theaters since Wednesday is James Cameron’s Titanic 3D starring Leonardo DiCaprio and Kate Winslet. The film’s Academy Award-winning music is composed by James Horner. Sony Classical has released a new 4-disc anniversary soundtrack edition featuring a newly-remastered version of the original soundtrack, the album Back to Titanic, as well as a disc of period music recorded for the movie by I Salonisti – the five-piece quintet that appears in the film and a new compilation of songs from the early 1900s.
