Hollywood Records and Marvel Music will release the official soundtrack album for Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alan Silvestri (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump) who previously scored the original Avengers movie, as well as last year’s Avengers: Infinity War and Captain America: The First Avenger. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 26 and will be available to download here. A CD version is set to come out on May 24 and is available for pre-order on Amazon. Avengers: Endgame is directed by Anthony & Joe Russo and stars Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Mark Ruffalo, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Jeremy Renner, Don Cheadle, Paul Rudd, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, Danai Gurira, Benedict Wong, Jon Favreau, Bradley Cooper, Gwyneth Paltrow and Josh Brolin.

The film’s original score is composed by Marc Shaiman (Hairspray, A Few Good Men, Misery) who also wrote the movie’s original songs with Scott Wittman. Opening today is the comic book movie Aquaman directed by James Wan and starring Jason Momoa, Amber Heard, Willem Dafoe, Patrick Wilson, Dolph Lundgren, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Nicole Kidman, Ludi Lin and Temuera Morrison. ‘Welcome to Marwen’ Soundtrack Details
Back Lot Music will release a soundtrack album for the drama Welcome to Marwen. The album features the film’s original music composed and conducted by Alan Silvestri (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump, Marvel’s The Avengers, Romancing the Stone, Captain America: The First Avenger). The soundtrack will be released digitally on December 21 and will be available to download on Amazon. A CD version is expected to be announced from Intrada Records soon and will be available to order here. Expanded ‘The Mummy’ & ‘The Mummy Returns’ Soundtrack Albums Announced
Intrada Records has announced a new soundtrack album for the 1999 action adventure The Mummy directed by Stephen Sommers and starring Brendan Fraser, Rachel Weisz, John Hannah and Arnold Vosloo. The album features the expanded original music from the Universal Pictures production composed and conducted by Jerry Goldsmith (The Omen, Star Trek: The Motion Picture, Planet of the Apes, Patton, Basic Instinct), including over half an hour of previously unreleased music, plus alternate tracks. The album features the film’s original music composed by Alan Silvestri (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump, Ready Player One, Predator, The Croods) who has previously scored the studios’ original 2012 Avengers movie, as well 2011’s Captain America: The First Avenger. The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, April 27 in two different editions and physically on May 18 by Marvel Music and Hollywood Records. Already in theaters since Thursday is the movie adaptation of Ready Player One directed by Steven Spielberg and starring Tye Sheridan, Ben Mendelsohn, T.J. Miller, Simon Pegg, Mark Rylance and Olivia Cooke. The film’s original music is composed by Alan Silvestri (Back to the Future, Forrest Gump, The Avengers). Also opening nationwide is the thriller Acrimony written and directed by Tyler Perry and starring Taraji P. Henson, Lyriq Bent, Ajiona Alexus and Antonio Madison. Christopher Lennertz (Ride Along, Horrible Bosses, Baywatch, Lost in Space, Supernatural) has composed the film’s original music. No word yet on a release of the score. Warner Bros. Alan Silvestri to Score Robert Zemeckis’ ‘The Women of Marwen’
Alan Silvestri is set to reteam with Robert Zemeckis on the upcoming fantasy drama The Women of Marwen. The film starring Steve Carell, Leslie Mann, Janelle Monae, Eiza Gonzalez, Diane Kruger, Falk Hentschel and Gwendoline Christie is based on Jeff Malmberg’s 2010 documentary Marwencol about a man who builds a miniature WWII-era village to help him get over a terrible life event. Zemeckis has also co-written the screenplay with Caroline Thompson (Edward Scissorhands, The Nightmare Before Christmas) and is producing the ImageMovers production with Jack Rapke & Steve Starkey (Cast Away, What Lies Beneath) and Cherylanne Martin.
