Opening in theaters nationwide this weekend is the horror prequel A Quiet Place: Day One written and directed by Michael Sarnoski and starring Lupita Nyong’o, Joseph Quinn, Alex Wolff and Djimon Hounsou. The film’s original music is composed by Alexis Grapsas (Pig, Monday, Teacher, Trigonometry, Big Shot). Milan Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today. Also opening wide is the western Horizon: An American Saga – Chapter 1 co-written and directed by Kevin Costner and starring Costner himself, Sienna Miller, Sam Worthington, Tatanka Means, Jena Malone, Owen Crow Shoe, Danny Huston, Ella Hunt, Michael Rooker, Abbey Lee, Luke Wilson, Will Patton, Isabelle Fuhrman, Jamie Campbell Bower, Glynn Turman, Angus Macfadyen and Giovanni Ribisi. John Debney (The Passion of the Christ,The Jungle Book, Elf, Iron Man 2, Liar Liar, The Garfield Movie, Hocus Pocus) has composed the film’s original music. Sony Classical has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score today.
