Music Box Records has released a new soundtrack album featuring two scores composed by Academy Award nominee Philippe Sarde (The Tenant, Tess, Lord of the Flies, Quest for Fire, Ghost Story, Barocco, Pirates, Nelly & Monsieur Arnaud). Titles include the world premiere release of the composer’s score from the 2010 Israeli drama The Matchmaker written and directed by Avi Nesher and starring Adir Miller & Tuval Shafir, as well as a remastered version of his music from the 1989 thriller Music Box directed by Costa-Gavras and starring Jessica Lange, Armin Mueller-Stahl, Frederic Forrest & Lukas Haas. The soundtrack is now available to order as a limited edition CD on the label’s official website, where you can also check out the track and listen to audio samples.

‘Me and My Sister’ Digital Soundtrack Album Released
Music Box Records has released a new soundtrack album for the 2004 French comedy drama Me and My Sister (Les Sœurs fâchées) written and directed by Alexandra Leclère and starring Isabelle Huppert, Catherine Frot, Brigitte Catillon, François Berléand, Michel Vuillermoz, Christiane Millet, Rose Thiéry, Jean-Philippe Puymartin, Bruno Chiche and Aurore Auteuil. The album features the film’s original score composed by Academy Award Award nominee Philippe Sarde (The Tenant, Tess, Lord of the Flies, Ghost Story, Quest for Fire, Pirates, Nelly & Monsieur Arnaud, Barocco). ‘C’est Si Bon!’ Soundtrack Album Announced
Music Box Records has announced a soundtrack album for the French biographical drama C’est si bon! (Moi qui t’aimais). The album features the film’s original music composed by Academy Award nominee Philippe Sarde (The Tenant, Tess, Quest for Fire, Lord of the Flies,Ghost Story, Nelly & Monsieur Arnaud, Pirates, Barocco). C’est si bon! is written and directed by Diane Kurys and stars Roschdy Zem and Marina Foïs. The Paris-set movie tells the tumultuous love story between two cinema stars at the height of their glory: Yves Montand and Simone Signoret.

The titles include the 1981 romantic drama Hotel America (Hôtel des Amériques) co-written and directed by André Téchiné and starring Catherine Deneuve and Patrick Dewaere, the 1980 drama A Bad Son (Un mauvais fils) co-written and directed by Claude Sautet and starring Patrick Dewaere, Yves Robert & Brigitte Fossey, as well as the 1986 crime drama Scene of the Crime (Le Lieu du crime) co-written and directed by Téchiné and starring Catherine Deneuve, Danielle Darrieux, Wadeck Stanczak and Victor Lanoux.

Music Box Records has announced the world premiere release of the score for the 1984 French thriller La Garce co-written and directed by Christine Pascal and starring Isabelle Huppert, Richard Berry, Vittorio Mezzogiorno and Jean Benguigui.
