Animation’s upcoming feature Oh, the Places You’ll Go!. The film directed by Jon M. Chu (Cray Rich Asians, In the Heights) & Jill Culton (Abominable) is based on Dr. Seuss’ final book of the same title and tells the story a young adventurer amid the peaks and valleys of life. Music Box Records has announced the premiere CD release of the soundtrack for the 1984 French action comedy The Perils of Gwendoline in the Land of the Yik Yak (Gwendoline) written and directed by Just Jaeckin and starring Tawny Kitaen, Brent Huff and Zabou. The album features the film’s newly remastered original score composed by Pierre Bachelet (Emmanuelle, The Story of O, Les Bronzés font du ski). Also included is the composer’s previously unreleased music for the 1974 feature La Soubrette perverse directed by José Benazéraf, as well as the cult instrumental hit OK Chicago performed by the band Resonance (aka Pierre Bachelet & Mat Camison).
