Netflix Music will release a soundtrack album for the streamer’s limited series Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen. The album features selections of the show’s original score composed by Colin Stetson (Hereditary, The Menu, Uzumaki, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Color Out of Space, The First, Hold Your Breath). The soundtrack will be released digitally tomorrow, March 27 and will be available to stream/download on Amazon and any other major digital music services. Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen is created by Haley Z Boston and stars Camila Morrone, Adam DiMarco, Jennifer Jason Leigh, Jeff Wilbusch, Gus Birney, Ted Levine, Karla Crome and Sawyer Fraser. The 8-part horror drama follows a woman who – together with her fiancé – embarks on a road trip to his family’s vacation home, secluded in a snowy forest, for the intimate wedding ceremony of their dreams.

Sony Classical has released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s score in early 2025 when the 8-parter premiered in several European markets.
