Stephen Endelman is reuniting with director Raymond De Felitta on the upcoming ABC mini-series Madoff. The drama stars Richard Dreyfuss as Bernie Madoff, Blythe Danner as his wife Ruth, alongside Frank Whaley, Charles Grodin, Erin Cummings, Tom Lipinski, Lyne Renee and Lewis Black. The series follows the rise and fall of the former investment advisor and convicted felon, and the subsequent fallout on his family, associates and investors. Four new movies are opening nationwide this weekend:
Opening in most theaters is the horror comedy Goosebumps directed by Rob Letterman and starring Jack Black, Dylan Minnette, Odeya Rush, Amy Ryan, Jillian Bell, Ryan Lee and Ken Marino. The film’s original music is composed by Danny Elfman (Spider-Man, Batman, Alice in Wonderland, Avengers: Age of Ultron). Sony Classical and Madison Gate Records have released a soundtrack album featuring the composer’s music. Also opening wide is the spy thriller Bridge of Spies directed by Steven Spielberg and starring Tom Hanks, Mark Rylance, Scott Shepherd, Amy Ryan, Sebastian Koch and Alan Alda. Thomas Newman (American Beauty, The Shawshank Redemption, Finding Nemo, Skyfall) has composed the film’s original music. Hollywood Records has released a soundtrack album featuring the Academy Award-nominated composer today. ‘Jem and the Holograms’ Soundtrack Details

Atlantic Records and Schoolboy Records will release the official soundtrack album for Jem and the Holograms. The album features the songs from the movie by the film’s title group, including the first single from the release, Youngblood, a collaboration between the group and Hilary Duff, as well as tracks by Hailee Steinfeld, Dawin, Marian Hill and Ida Marie. The soundtrack will be released digitally on October 23, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Jem and the Holograms is directed by Jon M. Chu and stars Aubrey Peeples, Stefanie Scott, Aurora Perrineau, Hayley Kiyoko, Ryan Guzman, Molly Ringwald and Juliette Lewis. IM Global will release a soundtrack album for Secret in Their Eyes. The album features the film’s original music composed by Emilio Kauderer (Underdogs) who previously co-scored the Argentinian original version of the movie. Also included is the original end credits song Haunted by Maty Noyes. The soundtrack will be released on November 6, 2015 and is now available for pre-order on Amazon. Secret in Their Eyes is directed by Billy Ray and stars Chiwetel Ejiofor, Julia Roberts, Nicole Kidman and Dean Norris. The movie is a remake of the 2009 film of the same title and follows an assistant district attorney who is returning to Los Angeles as a team of investigators uncovers new evidence in a 13-year-old case that may finally convict the savage killer of a child. Christopher Young has composed the music for the upcoming 3D fantasy action adventure sequel The Monkey King 2. The film is directed by Cheang Pou-soi who previously helmed the first installment and stars Aaron Kwok, Gong Li, Feng Shaofeng, Xiaoshenyang and Him Law. The movie is based on the famed 16th-century Chinese novel Journey to the West and tells the story of how the Monkey King protected the monk Xuanzang from being eaten by a shapeshifting demoness three times on a journey to collect the Buddhist sutras from India. Frederik Wiedmann has been tapped to score the upcoming DC Entertainment and Warner Bros. Animation film Batman: Bad Blood. The film is directed by Jay Oliva and features the voices of Jason O’Mara as Batman, Jay Oliva Stuart Allan as Robin, Sean Maher as Nightwing, James Garrett as Alfred Pennyworth, Morena Baccarin as Talia al Ghul, Yvonne Strahovski as Batwoman, Gaius Charles as Batwing and Ernie Hudson as Lucius Fox.
